RUN AWAY far, far away from CARSWITCH INC in San Ramon. They (RAZ AND TONY) seem very friendly at first. They present themselves as a small family owned car dealership with good values and honesty. I was sold on that premise. Do NOT make that same mistake!Their advertising is not truthful about mileage (off by 10k+), model of car, important features like FWD vs AWD, claims of a car being “certified”, etcetera. They will not let you bring the car to your mechanic - and once you pay the non-refundable deposit fees and sign the paper work – game OVER. After a trip to your mechanic you will realize that the car needs significant repairs – their sweet family values customer service and “doing the right thing” will turn into greed and bullying. They will threaten to destroy your credit if you try to return the car. They will threaten to come and tow the car from your driveway. They use unprofessional and quick to use scare tactics with dissatisfied customers – Just not worth the headaches. Good luck if you decide to go with CARSWITCH INC – 2001 Omega Road – San Ramon

Thank you Raz and Mr. Hamidi for everything! My new car is fantastic, it could not be better. I'd like to express my gratitude for their excellent service. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our experience could not have been better. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We been looking for a vehicle for over a year and went to over 10 franchised dealerships and had terrible experiences at everyone, if it wasn't slow service it was high pressures almost disrespectful salesmen. We found a vehicle we really liked online at this cozy family ran dealership Raz and Hamidi were super helpful and honest. The price was below market value the vehicle is great we did not use their financing options we went with our own credit union but transition was seamless. They do have all types of financing options for all types of credit scores, just a great experience all around will be recommending them to all friends and family, 5 stars from me.
