“We recently recarpeted our entire home with Carpet One in San Ramon, CA. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We walked into the store and were immediately greeted warmly. We hadn't purchased carpeting for quite some time and the employees brought us up to date with their knowledge of what to look for. They gave us time to explore on our own, yet were there when we had questions. We visited the store several times and, each time, found the employees gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even steered us toward a selection that was on sale. Installation was scheduled quickly and to suit our calendar. The installers did a marvelous job. Ken, the project manager, kept us informed about the entire process throughout including lots of advice about carpet care and protecting the warranty. He checked on the installation and touched base with us every day. He visited personally when we contacted him after the installation with a question. We wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One”

“I had 1200 ' of carpeting removed, and new carpeting installed a few weeks ago. I cant say enough about how professional Ray and his crew was. From the very beginning, Ray met with me to conduct a measurement, show me samples, and provide a cost and installation estimate leading up to Christmas. The entire job was handled quickly, professionally, and the total costs were very reasonable, using a good quality carpet. The installers worked quickly, showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Demo and installation was done the same day. They even moved around an existing closet organizer to fit carpeting in the master closet. I wouldn't hesitate to use McCurley's Floor Center in the future.”

“Our hardwood flooring project just wrapped up this week. We had 4 different companies come to our home to bid the job, and choosing Diablo Flooring was a no-brainer. We were by no means looking for the lowest bidder- we will pay top dollar for the quality and service we want. No other company was as thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with as the folks at Diablo Flooring. Dave came out to measure and took his time writing and drawing every detail. He sent our proposal to us promptly and we proceeded with our project. Other companies' bids were much less, or much higher than theirs- we were surprised at the range. They worked with us when we needed to postpone the install date, and really came through when there were other snags with our project. The install team was here early every day, they worked their butts off with sometimes up to 5 guys here. They were very conscientious of our newly painted walls, and all of our belongings. We are very impressed with the entire staff at Diablo Flooring and would highly recommend them for any project in your home. “Absolutely fantastic customer service and results! Lee came to our house, gave us a quote and three weeks later I had the most gorgeous hardwood floors! We were quoted two weeks for the work and they finished it in less than 6 business days! But the best part, they kept the house pristinely clean and shifted the furniture where we were able to sleep in our own beds every night! Turns out LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) was the best choice for me in terms of durability, waterproof, longevity and pricing. I own a dog and so while I wasn't worried so much about my personal level of activity, I knew that we didn't want scratches or any accidents to mess up the flooring. The options are endless and staff are professional and good communicators. We were given accurate timelines for if/when the items were in stock and the installation.
