We recently recarpeted our entire home with Carpet One in San Ramon, CA. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We walked into the store and were immediately greeted warmly. We hadn't purchased carpeting for quite some time and the employees brought us up to date with their knowledge of what to look for. They gave us time to explore on our own, yet were there when we had questions. We visited the store several times and, each time, found the employees gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even steered us toward a selection that was on sale. Installation was scheduled quickly and to suit our calendar. The installers did a marvelous job. Ken, the project manager, kept us informed about the entire process throughout including lots of advice about carpet care and protecting the warranty. He checked on the installation and touched base with us every day. He visited personally when we contacted him after the installation with a question. We wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One

I needed new carpet for my home within a specific timeline. Rhonda came to my house measured and advised me that the required wrapping would add time and therefore cost. I received a detailed quote and a confirmation that the timeline could be met. The work was excellent and completed on time.

This past June most of our house flooded as the result of a loose washing machine hose. After our insurance company and ServPro, our 3rd call was to Carpet One in San Ramon to see if the flooring we'd installed about 3 yrs. prior and our previous designer were available. She was and so was the flooring!
Rhonda came over once the fans & dryers had done their job and spoke with us and the reconstruction team, working out a timeline to begin the restoration.
In the meantime, I had help choosing replacement carpeting from Paul and his guidance (& patience) was invaluable.
Rhonda arranged for the flooring to be delivered as well as the bedroom carpet. The installers, Elias and Mario, were as professional as could be. Their availability, flexibility, and work was seamless, from the cutting to the placement of flooring and carpet and finally on the baseboards. What a great team.
We could not be more grateful or have asked for more than the service and workmanship we received from everyone at Carpet One over the months it took from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Needed help with choosing the color of the carpet and a super quick install. There were spot on! They went way above and beyond to help us and did so with cheerfulness and appreciation. 10 stars!!!!

Carpet One is my "go to" place for floor coverings. The materials they sell are first rate but what sets them apart from other companies is their installers. I dare you to find a seam in my bedroom carpet. You can't.
