During move-out inspection, Canyon Creek Apartments marked all these images "dirty" and charged me hundreds of dollars for cleaning them. If you don't mind this trouble to happen to you when you checkout, then you can rent an apartment from them.

I lived at Canyon Creek for six years. During that time, I never had any problems or complaints. Management and maintenance responded promptly if I needed anything. The complex was quiet—very few, if any, issues that I can think of. Shaun and Royia are great. It’s a very nice place to live.

Having lived in the Bay Area pretty much all my life, I've always passed by San Ramon - let alone having a thought to live there. After hearing about Canyon Creek Apartments, me and my wife decided to go and check it out. Upon arrival we were greeted by our consultant Shaun. He was very warm and engaging in our greet and welcome. With Shaun sharing his knowledge in the community and what Canyon Creek has to offer, by the end of our interaction, me and my wife decided that Canyon Creek Apartments was a place and community we love to be a part of. From the start of the process to the moving day, Shaun stayed in constant communication with us, helping and engaging in our transition into the community. 3 weeks in to living here... Me and my wife love it!!
