BH Bishop Ranch is amazing and high quality. We get updates of our daughter periodically, teachers are very tentative and fun!! Kids go outside either to walk or play, my daughter esp. loves the sand pit. I love the learning experiences for kids using combination of indoor circle time involving senses, coloring etc. as well out outdoor learning about nature. I highly recommend this center!

One of the best teachers and care takers in town. Their loving, caring and unmatched attention to detail is like no other.

We've been with the center for over 3 years and just started our second child in the infant classroom. Their dedication to hiring amazing staff, implementing strong safety protocols, and partnership working with parents on child development has been incredible, especially during the pandemic. The cost is higher than most other centers, and we've had to make adjustments to our schedules to accommodate a later start time over the past year and a half, but the quality of care we've received easily justifies our choice.

BH has been our go to for our two daughters. Great team at the daycare from the teachers to the chefs! One of our favorite classes is Preschool 2 with lead teacher Ms. Heather. We’ve had both our kids in her class and both kids loved it, and I learned a bunch about my kids and ways to raise them. Ultra supportive team on site for the kids and families and just one more part of our village raising our kids.

My son loves this place. He is shy, didn't speak any English and had never been in any class setting before he started at Bright Horizon. His two teachers (Ms. Lea and Ms. LuNan in PreSchool 1) are awesome! They give him abundance of patience, understanding, love and caring so his transition period is short and smooth and he is happy everyday at school. It is a blessing to have Ms.Lea and Ms.LuNan as my son's teachers. Knowing he is in good hands definitely give me a peaceful mind.

My daughter started day care here with multiple ear infection and not eating much during the day. Her teachers worked closely with us to take care of her during a difficult time. I am happy to report she is even eating her lunch at school thanks to the hard work of her teachers :)

I've sent my older child here since she was 2YO, and as she moves onto Kindergarten this year, I wanted to reflect on my experience...1st: Teachers cannot be beat! Not only do they work MAGIC with both of my children, I feel they truly love and care for them and their development. A few teachers I would like to callout by name are:Ms. Heather: She's the 3's teacher and has worked wonders with my kiddo, who was having a stream of tantrums that we couldn't quite seem to quell. Within 1 day, she helped my little one find alternative ways of expressing her emotions while also teaching us some valuable ways to support her at home. She continues to provide regular, helpful feedback and always takes extra time when needed to connect and share info about my child's development. She cares for my little in a way that is firm but loving. This is felt by not only my kiddo, but also of previous graduates of her class, who return regularly for hugs and hellos.Ms. Ashely: She is no longer at the school, but I hope she sees this note. She taught both of my kids when they were 2YO. She had a great way of communicating with parents about challenging times in a way that felt supportive, rather than complaining about a child's behavior. She had helpful boundaries while making sure the children felt her care. She was so innovative with activities and each of my kiddos grew so much while in her class.Ms. Princess and Ms. Brenda: We put my 4YO in this class when we were ready to return after the pandemic shut down. She was the youngest in the class, and therefore was comparatively "behind" other students when it came to writing. I really wanted to see her start writing her letters and learning write name, but the teachers told me to be patient and let her take the lead in her learning. They were right. Without any pressure, she eventually became more comfortable and confident with the space and her skills with writing her letters/name/other words came naturally in this supportive environment; no pressure, no tears! Just confidence and growth... My daughter continued to grow and thrive in this class over the past year. Other highlights include fun, innovative, healthy meals, cool school activities, beautiful graduation ceremony as the kids went to kinder, a halloween parade, and very safe COVID precautions. Our experience here has been top notch.

Stay away from these liars. It is a horribly run center. They don't respond to feedback (look at reviews below). Total lack of transparency, accountability, and competency by the center director (Ariana) and enrollment person (Dana). In fact, Dana is one of the most incompetent people I have encountered in childcare. Non responsive to inquiries - well, they just ignore you. You have to chase them. They have no fair process for enrollment. Bad. Bottom line is they lie over and over. Never again will I trust such a place with my children. I hope they shut down this center

It’s pretty sad that they open so late, many people have to work earlier.

Our son was 8 months when he joined this center. The teachers at the infant room had a lot of affection for their charge and the level of communication was excellent. Loved the detailed updates & photos! The center administration was very helpful with any ask.

Our son has been enrolled at Bright Horizons, Bishop Ranch for the past 18 months. During this time he was in their Toddler and Early Preschool Classrooms. We can't say enough good things about the center and the team there. They were super professional from the very beginning. We picked the center over several others in the area based on that experience. The center is clean and bright with plenty of natural light in most classrooms. The MMZ room is awesome for when kiddos have to stay indoors. Our son has special needs and the teachers in both his classrooms as well as the administration was super helpful and accommodative of his needs and additional support. In response to some of the other reviews, I'd like to say that we found all the teachers to be super friendly. Almost everyone in the center seemed to know our son and addressed him by his name. We got updates from whoever we ran into in the hallway if they had interacted with our son during the day.The food provided there is healthy and tasty. They are very supportive of any dietary restrictions as well. All said, anyone considering the center for your kiddos, they will find a supportive and nurturing environment at the center.

My son is at their infant room since 7 month old. I have to admit that Bright Horizon at Bishop Ranch is SUPER SUPER pricey compared to other nearby daycare. However, I also have to admit that the infant room teachers are the best. I never feel guilty when I drop off my son and go to work. It is worth every penny.

I agree 100% with Rebecca’s review!!!! Do not bring your infants to this center. Administration is very poor and rude. They never knew when I was arriving with my son nor could anyone remember my name or my sons. The staff in the infant rooms let the kids cry and never never picks them up. When I emailed them to say my son wasn’t going to attend they never even asked for feedback. They needed to just remind me that I didn’t get my money. Who cares about money when it comes to your child’s happiness!!! Really???? I will be telling my daughters daycare to no longer recommend this center!!!

Very poor, admin staff and classroom teachers have little respect or one another, building is clinical and the infants room lacks windows or any source of natural light, after picking up our children all they said is they need to develop coping mechanisms and have cried a lot throughout the day, I unfortunately whitenessed a young boy being bullied by a number of other children and not one staff member stepped in, our eldest had night terrors for the first time after a day at this school and ended up vomiting because he was so anxious.
