I had the best experience yesterday with Dr. Elisa Miller at Bollinger Canyon Animal Hospital! The office is conveniently located, staff is super nice, and Dr. Miller is amazing! We have a 9 yo Frenchie and a 6 yo toy poodle. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly! I am so happy we made the decision to switch to another veterinary practice. This practice is smaller and the pups received much more personal attention. Highly recommend. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff!

Go here if money is no issue. This vet clinic requires an exam if your pet simply needs a vaccine updated and it has been six months since the last visit. Maybe this is standard industry practice but it seems unreasonable to me. In contrast, I can go into Kaiser if I need a booster shot without any mandatory exam. And my human child only has checkups once a year. Vet care has become excessive in my opinion and Bollinger Canyon takes this to another level by trying to guilt pet owners into letting them run tests of every lump/bump on an elderly dog, and blood tests for expensive pain meds if there is ANY sign of potential arthritis. It's all about the upsell. I could do without the guilt trip.

Dr miller don’t care about you or your pets. This is a business that’s only going for your money.She is a lier, pushy and manipulative.please read this review to the end.I brought my baby six months old dog to Dr. Miller.After she checked her teeth, she told me we need to do a surgery on my dog because she didn’t lose her baby teeth. I ask Dr. Miller if we should wait to see if they’re gonna fall off she said, NO, AND SHE SHOOK HER HEAD AND SAID THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FALL!! And we should do this procedure ASAP.Couple days later she sent me a quote for over 2,000$.Guess what happened three weeks later my puppy lost her baby teeth naturally.I can’t believe Dr. Miller told me it’s not going to happened. What kind of doctor are you??Dr. Miller try to scared me, manipulated me, she didn’t care about me or my dog.

I cannot say how lucky I am to have Dr. Miller as our vet...we were new clients today and she was absolutely amazing. I am SO happy I called here for an appointment. I know my fur baby is in great hands! ❤️❤️ Thank you Dr. Miller and team!!

As someone who moves often, I’ve seen a lot of vets and Bollinger Canton is absolutely top notch. They truly go above and beyond with the care they provide. Everyone is so warm and loving. At each appointment they give you a “report card” of your fur babies appointment and detailed info on how to help your baby live their best life. My pup doesn’t even mind going because everyone is just so friendly and loving to her. They clearly enjoy what they do and it shows.

If I could rate 6 stars.. i would! I can't say enough about the staff at this location. We love Dr Kesler! Really any Vet in this location is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kestler really cares about our pets, has amazing response and follow up and always helps us make the right decision for our family and pets. We specifically drive from out of town to see this vet. She is amazing... and the front end staff are so pleasant and professional too. Just wish they were open some weekends. Thanks for all your service!!
