i took my sister to get a manicure and for myself a powered dip manicure. For the manicure, Not only did they rushed it, they skipped a lot of steps. The massage was less than a minute. On mine which i had a powdered dipped manicure she sanded my nails so thin instead of using the cotton and foil to take off old polish . They don't listen to you. Then it was time for my favorite part the massage. Instead she goes i done . i asked if i get a massage she said we don't do that and handed me the lotion. Will never go back again. Also both my sisters and mine chipped the next day

There is absolutely no other place I would rather get my nails done than bella nails. I have never ever had a problem with my nails where I disliked them or they were wrong. Although they can be aggressive with your nails at times, it is worth the result of your nails. I have been going here for about 5 years now and have referred them to about 100+ different people and they always have a good response after their visit. Kevin and his wife are MASTERS are acrylics, they just need to manage their appointment, walk-in times better! Overall, absolute favorite nail salon, would never recommend anywhere else.

FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT COME HERE. This place has absolutely zero sanitary products. I got the nastiest infection on my finger after getting my nails done here. Almost got sepsis and was hospitalized. I've reported their salon and I suggest anyone who cares about their health stay away.

I would give this place a 3.5 stars I paid 88 dollars for Mani pedi with design plus 20$ tip. I called before work was over at 5 and asked if I can come at 530 since they closed at 700 they said sure can you be here at 515 i said no because I work in Livermore. They said yes come, I come in get seated and as im looking through the colors i show her what im looking for she says the color doesnt pop because your skin is to dark im like ok thhis is still want i want .the lady who did my feet did a good job still a bit rushed but she was so nice l. I did feel really rushed at the end, they close at 7 and it was only 620 and they were rushing to finish to leave early. My thing is if you close at a specific time why are you rushing to leave at 630. At the end I expected a massage ,cuticle oil and just touch ups but as soon as the design was done she gave me bath and body work lotion and said do it yourself. I was like wow ok I didn't know I'd be a burden of them leaving lol. Overall they did a good job but service wise they need work and need to take time when performing services.

Not good
Got two pedicures done on Friday. The lady who did my daughters nails just rushed it , done in 15 minutes. She skipped lots of steps. I felt cheated for spending $95 for two pedicures
