“My Volt battery died and was reluctant to change it out because of the cost. I noted that they are on BBB so I trusted to use them and was not disappointed in the end result. So far so good and in hindsight I suspect that the original cause of the failure was self inflicted by driving an electric vehicle like a gas car!!!!!! the work was not done as quickly as expected but I was not in a hurry anyway.I am happy with the result thank you ****!!Huw”

Want to highlight the gentleman John who helped me get the right lightbulb (because I can’t tell which is which) and even helped me replace the lightbulb for my car. “Just to show that it is a good parts store, they have quality parts, I bought everything to tune up my Toyota Sienna. I bought spark plugs, Ignition wire set, PCV valve and Carburator Cleaner, everything cost me 220 dollars and the best thing was there was staff who attended to you in Spanish :)”

Not only did he help me find the headlamp and wiper blades to fit my incredibly ancient 2008 Highlander, not only did he help me install both, he also showed me how to do it myself if I’m ever in a jam and need to know how to do it!
