From the first email that we received from him notifying us of our approval to his ongoing email updates guiding us every step of the way, we received superior customer service and great attention to details. He was even able to increase our loan so that we could put down 50% in cash and get a loan for the balance. We just received notice today that the loan has been funded and closed. We simply could not be more pleased with the customer care that Robert provided. Since we are buying from a private party, he even took extra efforts to ensure the seller was updated on the sale proceeds and loan payoff so that we could have a smooth key exchange. “It's not very offensive I would give 5 stars or take the time to write a review but in the pass five years I'm been banking with Chase Bank on Bollinger canyon road I have seen a few Manager come and gone, in the myths of all the changes there's one thing that stands out above all is there Great & I mean Great customer service Teller and officer Anita Misra with her staff of familiar faces When you walk in greeted by your first name with a smile, never have I waited in a long line to handle my account, They have passion about there job and truly care about bringing customers services to the forefront. “Houda is a superstar. She helped me create my account as smooth as possible and she was so professional, friendly and compassionate for the hour she was with me. Being a foreigner on work visa I understood little about the US banking/credit system and she knew exactly what I needed and was generous with her time giving me advice. She also proactively scheduled a follow up appointment with me to help me set up a credit card. Moving in from another country is stressful and Houda really made my day.
