No teller service available Thursday at 12:30pm to make a cash withdrawal to senior that doesn't have ATM Card!!! Ridiculous to call this a neighborhood bank.....Will check out adding cking account at Chase Market place to my financial footprint & move funds, so we don't have to drive all the way to Crow canyon or Dublin Branch!

It's really very good experience for me about opening my account in BoA. There is a person named Bobby claire, really helpful and Co-operative one. He told me every single thing about my account. I really thankful for him.

In terms of distance, this branch is the most convenient one for us. As long-term customers of BofA, this branch used to be the ONLY branch we went to for our banking needs. When it was closed during COVID, we repeatedly pleaded with BofA to keep it open, and eventually, it did. However, since the first day it reopened, we immediately felt that it was not the same as it used to be. The floor manager, or supervisor as she claimed to be, was so unprofessional and cold in responding to our routine banking needs. There were many other staff members on the floor who pretended to be busy with something else, but it was clear that none of them were observing their colleague's behavior towards the customers' needs. Under such kind of leadership, no wonder the branch let BofA's customers down. It is one of the worst bank branches, not to mention BofA. Down to the bottom, don't attempt to deceive your customers. If so, why did BofA decide to keep this branch open? For the sake of your customers, please close it, like you did in COVID!11/13/2023. Response to this branch's response:What we reviewed here is about the branch staff's unprofessional behaviors, but your response is for the 'Social Media Client.' Beating around the bush is not the right way for Bank of America, one of the biggest banks in the nation, to deal with the service issue.

Really bad experience. So disgusting!One of the agents was rude and disrespectful. Her manager was watching the situation and no action was made. This branch really needs the higher management to monitor the business there. I am thinking seriously not to deal with BofA anymore.

Really bad experience, I read on the website saying:Bank of America account holders can exchange foreign currency (no coins) for U.S. dollars at a full-service banking center. Add a currency to view the currency exchange rates for that country and find out how much your foreign currency is currently worth in U.S. dollars."But when I was there, there were two bank tellers, one asked me about my purpose, I told she I would like to change some foreign currency into USD and deposit to my account since she was helping someone else. So I waited inline for a while, then the other person came asking the same question, then the second teller told me to came back maybe in one or two hours since the person has the access to the system is by appointment only and she was busy...

I was in this branch to conduct official business, I was questioned by the branch manager Mona Chopra she continued to convince me to do my transactions the way she wanted, when I refused her request she escorted me to the exit door and mentioned I was not welcome there anymore and Bank of America has the right to refuse services to anyone according to the branch manager Mona Chopra! She refused to give me her name, her name tag was not visible! Thanks to the an employee who gave me the branch manager name so I could write a review!

This review is for the service, not for Bank of America. I was having trouble with depositing at the ATM, and when I went into the bank I was freaking out a bit--because I was feeling upset and desperate, I didn't speak very calmly to the manager. She was compassionate and professional in return, and explained the situation to me as she understood it. I then deposited my checks with the teller, who was also very nice and understanding. I feel bad for not keeping my cool, but I want to thank the staff for being kind, compassionate, and professional.

The service in Bank of America San Ramon branch is below average. They are lack of basic training and don't know what the meaning of customer service is. With over twenty years pleasant experience with BOA, it was ruined in a few minutes. Last Saturday, I walked into the branch to get my foreign currency as scheduled with Shaelee. I was told due to the absent of a teller, she was unable to give me the money. I asked if there were any options to have the money since I will leave in a few days. The only answer I got is I need to stop by their office again. There is no other options, no any further help. Today, I called the branch 7 times between 3:30pm to 4:45pm to cancel my order. The funny thing is during the waiting time, the language in the auto reply is changed from English to Korea or Cantonese. It seems no one is working in that branch. Is there a reason why the office is running but no one is working? Do not go here if you want to get work done!

Terrible Bank and worse credit card. Their iPhone App did not allow me to deposit a check into my checking account. I went to their teller machine, I mistakingly deposited my check into my own credit card account at Bank of America. I called them 3-4 times, each time I had to wait 15-20 minutes. The representative told me it would take 3 days to transfer my money to my checking account. Days passed, called again, no use, asked to talk to the manager, he said it would take 10 workdays more. This is their credit card, and I have been their customer for more than 10 years. They don't care that I need the money and no one helped. A terrible back with even worse service.

I despise having to come in here once a month for literally a 2 min transaction. Always long lines, one teller, yet 5 other employees sitting at their desks (not their job).
