Easiest rental car place ever! Got a month of convertible Mustang, then convertible Camaro for around $700 bucks. Great bang for the buck. Super chill staff was able to helpme out quickly

Given an old Camry, dirty inside and out. Mechanically not safe to drive. Had to exchange at airport which took an hour, and was offered a compact even though they had full size and suv available.Will go with Enterprise next time.

Very disappointed with the overall service level. Use someone else at Philadelphia International Airport. Poorly run, understaffed and one hand has no clue what the other hand is doing

Most pathetic Avis franchise or store I have experienced.1) Opens and closes the store as per own wish and doesnot match with time mentioned at their store door or even Google . Avis they are spoiling your name2) I rented a car for a month and day 1 it is showing Maintenance required, No one picks up , most of time closed and now told me to go to another Avis store . Pathetic service to a regular customer of Avis

Close to home, and always found good, clean, newer cars for great rates. Being an off airport location has its own advantages and disadvantages though. Good, helpful staff and has an after-hour key drop off available as well.

Rented car three months in advance. Flew in from canada. Location “couldn’t find” reservation despite me having confirmation email with all details. Refers me to 1-800 number who says the only thing they can do is cancel and rebook reservation at much higher rate.Absolute garbage location and company.

Would not recommend. The car rental was closed when we arranged to collect. When we phoned we were told to go to another rental location to collect a car. Arrived at this second location and were told we had to collect the car from the original location the next day. The next day when we arrived to collect our rental car the attendant told us he was busy the day before so didn’t hear us knocking. Also he had no car available for us to rent. When we explained we had prepaid he reluctantly found a car for us to use. This was from San Ramon, California.

Very disappointed - just to list a few things:1) condition of rental vehicle - dirty from the dash, windows, to the steering wheel.2) there was a strong carpet cleaning fragrance smell that gave my family headaches the entire trip3) poor vehicle safety - vehicle tire treads were worn, engine oil level was 60% (I filled up the oil with my own money).4) below average customer service.

Worst Avis ever. They literally offered me a car downgrade from full size to intermediate even they I had a reservation. They even said to cancel it and go somewhere else. Worst customer service and should be avoided. Enterprise is way better.

Worst place ever; rude, irresponsible and dishonest management. Avoid them at all cost and use Enterprise across the street if you have time sensitive needs. I had Avis "preferred plus" status (25+ rentals last year) and booked a one day-one way rental to the airport. Despite booking a month in advance and confirming 3 days before the pick up, they refused to honor the reservation. They did have multiple cars but likely because they make more money over the weekend they did not release them and suggested I use Uber! I filed complaints with the corporate and Costco and both ensured this was not an acceptable behavior and promised to follow up. will have to see.

Cars were dirty and smelly the car that I had to pick because I really needed it I had to take it to car wash and clean it out myself which was a inconvenience I really liked the minivan once it was clean and the only other thing that I worried about was that the rental car we discovered the tags were expired so Avis need to do a little bit better what happened the car is clean at that particular location and making sure the tags are up-to-date

They don’t inspect the car before giving for rent. Because of damaged battery of the car, my whole plan spoiled. Will never come back.
