I switched carriers to AT&T mobile and firstly, I already see the superior service, speed and reliability compared to my previous provider, Xfinity. Yes, I'm paying a bit more now but you get what you pay for and Xfinity could not have provided this higher level of service (both in technology and customer care) even if they tried. The AT&T website, clarity of billing, ease of managing your account and overall customer service is far superior in leaps and bounds. It's only been a short time but if this reliability and quality continues, I will be a loyal long term customer for sure. Lastly, the store representative who assisted me named Safi S. in San Ramon, CA, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful! I realize even though it’s someone’s job to try and upsell and I was asked about other services, I didn’t feel pressured and this always makes things much less stressful or frustrating. Overall, I can clearly see the value of AT&T’s services and customer care so if you are on the fence about switching carriers, do consider AT&T for all of the above reasons.

Called the customer service and asked me to come to the store to pick sim card. But the store manger kept me to wait for over an hour and refused to help and has a bad attitude. One of the worst experiences.

Safi was really helpful in fixing issues with e-sim registration on my recent mobile. He also helped check few details on account and shared useful info about protection plans that are beneficial to me. I really appreciate the help that placed customer first.

Extreme Rule & Obnoxiou! First of all if there is an option for 0 star then this will be. My daughter phone was off line due to billing error, I called this store due to no online customer service on Sunday. I spoke to 2 ladies, they were extremely rude and obnoxious. I was totally surprise to experience with this behaviour, this probably my 1st encounter with this type of service. Last but not least, I also been told do not call back to the store. Do the 2 ladies who were working on 01/06/2024 at this ATT store location own this store?

Multiple mistakes, rude service and employee. If you have the option to use a different store I'd recommend you do.
