This Americas Tire location is my favorite, it's right down the street from my job and they are always super friendly and thorough. They have done work on both my cars. I brought my car in today for 3 tire sensors being out. I had the 1 good one replaced like a year ago, but since I came in for only 3, they did all 4 just to make sure. They also let me know my windshield wipers were drying up and helped me get those replaced.
Dillon was the person who helped me today and he was wonderful.

I came in here without an appointment and it was crazy busy but the guys here did a great job managing all customers. I had to sit for about 3 hours and unfortunately had to listen to a lot of angry customers due to how busy they were and Sonny and Dillon handled it like pros. Sonny especially kept his cool with some absurd customers and I felt he needed a shout out.

Really good prices and service. Unlike the Dublin location, you can actually get reasonable appointments here.

Took my car in today because i had a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire. Found out my tire had tread showing through. I have not had new tires since 2020, so I had them check out the other tires and they also had tread showing. Zack recommended replacing the tires. I was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend this tire shop!

I really like this location and the service I received there. I had Logan check my tires and pressure. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the experience. I will definitely recommend this location and Logan to all of my friends and family.

I would give 0 star if I could because of the staffs' unprofessional, bad attitude and trying to cover their mistake with lies.
Here is our rediculous story. We got a nail in our left front tire, so we went to this store. They checked the tire and said it's too close to the edge, so we probably end up with changing the tire. Later we got message said the tire can't be patched so they a new one. Then we paid for it and picked up our car. We didn't use this car a lot during the weekend, but when we used it on Tuesday, it showed low pressure to the same tire. Guess what, the nail was still there. We went back to this store and asked for it. The staff named Packroy received us. After checking, he told us they changed our left rear tire because they think the inner edge is bald. We were confused. It was totally not the purpose we went here and the first inspection staff even didn't look at the left rear tire. So we asked how could you change the left rear tire without noticing us. Here the first lie comes. He said they called us and let us know. The truth is we never received any phone call from them but a message I mentioned above. The following 10 to 15 min, all he did was trying to prove the tire is bald and they did the correct thing to change it by comparing our left and right rear tires. The rear tire was changed in Sep 2022. This car is only used for daily commute and the total miles are only 54k since we got it in Oct 2018. We're not professional, but it still sounds too soon to make the tire bald by just over one and half years based on our usage. We asked them to lift the car up to show us the difference between the rear left and right tires but he said they can't becasue it's already been changed. I'm not sure if it's the second lie, but it made us upset, so the argument started. He said we attack him and didn't let him finish. Of course we didn't want to listen more excuses or lies covering your mistake. Then the other staff named Kyle came. He brought my husband aside to know the situation and leave me to continue with Rackroy. Finally Mr. Rackroy confessed the technician misread the parper work and changed the wrong tire. The solution would be changing the front one for free. However he said he already told us this at very beginning. That's the third lie. If you said you made a mistake and provided the solution at beginning, we would be more than happy to accept it and leave. At that point of time, I lost all my trust to Mr Rackroy, so I asked if the front and rear tire are the same price. He said the front tire is more expensive, but he can check. He's either really unprofessional or it's the fourth lie, because if I believe him, I would end up with lossing a tire it could still be used and spending more money on the one i tried to fix. Here is what I experienced at this store.
We're reasonable person understanding that people all make mistake. Plus what happend already happend. Nobody wants to argue about something already happened and can't not be changed at a busy workday moring. In stead, all your excuses and lies only make me think that you believe you did nothing wrong and we should pay for another tire if we want to change the one supossed to be fixed. Also, we have to say we did increae our voice a little and speak faster than normal during the argument, but I think it's understandable after being treated like that. So Mr. Kyle, if you want to end the arguement and solve the problem, as s customer service staff, it would be more appropriate and polite by saying "sorry for our mistake, and let's fix it." than by threating "if you keep yelling at us, we will have to ask you to leave our store." I don't think I yelled to you at all. All my expressions are reasonable and only focus on the issue. After all, you should have had a chance to resolve the problem without any arguement in 10 minute, if you didn't waste your time on those excuses and lies.

SanRamon is not the place to go. Walnut Creek is on top of their game in comparison. Went to San Ramon today for tire rotation and previously made an appointment. My vehicle sat for 40 minutes before working on it. Probably longer if I didn't say something. When tech was working on the car I noticed that they did not use the road force application to balance tires. Although they use the road force machine made by Hunter Engineering . This shop told me they would use the road force system to balance and I had requested it as well. I watched and not just my vehicle all vehicles at this facility were not being balanced with road force application. I asked the tech why they don't use road force and his response was we don't know how to use it. My problem is why I was told that they do it when they don't. I am a ASE Master Tech and have been in the auto industry for more than 40 years . I spot things that the normal consumer doesn't. My problem is being told something that is not true. Did I go and talk to the manager? NO. They apparently have been doing this for a long time. Hy have a machine if you don't know proper use. Is it a facade. Hunter Engineering offers free training, they should use this to train techs on its use. I will not go back and when asked for my opinion I will let others know to go to Walnut Creek or somewhere else.

Be prepared to waste your time! The last 2 times my car was serviced here, I had to return the next day each time and WAIT for issues on their behalf. 1st time: they didn’t put my center cap back in place, so I had to return to the store and wait for them to find it then put it back on. 2nd time: came in for a tire rotation and now my sensors are malfunctioning and I have a slow leak in one of the tires. I won’t ever purchase tires from this location again. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Be prepared to loose your 3 hours in waiting if you’re a walk-ins. They don’t have courtesy to tell you the correct wait time when you purchase tires from them. Don’t waste your time believing the ETA that you get in the text. They kept saying me that they’ve to prioritize the reservation holder. I wish they’ve told me that when I called them earlier for an inquiry.
