so not excited about this place. the staff is super unwelcoming and won’t answer their customers. they said welcome in to every single white customer and didn’t to any customers of other race. their clothes are great, but just the negative environment the workers create makes you not want to purchase any of their items.

Unfortunate that they chose to follow me around like a lost puppy, as though I was attempting to steal something, but better that I realized what type establishment they are before spending any money there. Sad because they do have a nice collection of clothing.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received here! I wanted to wear a pair of shoes for an occasion the following day but they didn't have my size. The salesperson said her coworker was helping out at Menlo Park and perhaps they did have the shoe. They did, and Niquey offered to meet me at the San Ramon store after her shift to personally bring them to me. How kind is that?!?! This is an incredible store with beautiful clothing and and extraordinarily helpful staff. Thank you Niquey and all the San Ramon gals for going the extra mile and giving me an A++++++ experience!!!!!

Such a beautiful store with incredible clothing. If you need a dress or a great sweater this is the place. Everything they carry is top notch.. Alys Grace is a wonderful addition to the East Bay. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help you with what you are looking for without feeling pressured to buy anything. I hope San Ramon supports this location.

So excited to have discovered this clothing boutique in San Ramon. Beautiful up to date fashion reasonably priced. Helpful customer service as well. Purchased a light weight quilted 'Salty Duck' jacket there. One of the best purchases I have ever made!..Looking forward to my next visit to this shop.
