VERY rude customer service. From the start of the greeting to the hang up of conversation. I had to ask if in-fact I was calling Alphagraphics. Greeting with just a "Hello". From there, I stated that I had submitted an inquiry in regards to a potential job two days prior with "no" response. From there I was given a different email to submit my info to. Ok, no problem. Then "NO" goodbye just a hang up. The problem with this is I wasn't done. So, I called back only to be greeted with "Hello" and an attitude once I explain I wasn't finish with the previous conversation. It's almost funny but I quest I'll take that energy and go elsewhere.

Don’t go here!!! There are plenty of other local options!!! Extremely poor customer service and extremely expensive. If they mess up, they don’t fix it. They pad prices and there is no transparency to how they create their quotes.ETA: I love that the company just responded to me about paying cash. I have never asked to pay cash as my organization does everything through credit card and check. Makes me laugh since clearly they are talking about another customer they must have treated poorly. You have ZERO customer service skills and you are fraudulently making up prices that even Fedex office (who is notoriously expensive) beat. You are three times the price of the other local businesses and you treat your customers bad. Never coming back here again.

This is my go to place for banners, flyers, graphics of any kind. I am always impressed with the quality of the work and the ease of working with them. Great value, quick service. AlphaGraphics in San Ramon is the best!

Great combination of professionalism and courtesy. Their prices are much better compared to the rest of the market. We needed 200 booklets and 4 pop up banners in a single work day. Another company quoted double for our rush order but Alphagraphics team made us feel extra special by waving any rush order fees. Mita at the front desk made sure we got what we needed at NO EXTRA COST! Great quality, no errors and excellent customer service. Thank you much Alphagraphics team. Our event was a success!

Fantastic service, great people, very accommodating. We got a logo on our new work van and they worked around our busy schedule and got it done quickly and it looks great! Very professional and friendly people, good to work with and would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. I have a new small business and they were able to understand my needs, advised me, and rushed for a job I needed asap. Susmita is very professional, yet gentle and caring. They not only prepare my banner, but also helped me with the design. My business cards are high quality, appealing, and pretty good priced. I highly recommend Alphagraphics in San Ramon. Susmita is amazing, but I'm sure any of its employees will make a great job.

The team at Alphagraphics including the owner Susmita and Brian have done a splendid job of fulfilling my RUSH order of High school reunion T-Shirts in an impressive timeframe, reasonably priced and impeccable quality. A job well done!! Would highly recommend them for all types of printing jobs and will come back again. Thank you for the record turnaround time and very impressive printing quality.

I have used Alphagraphics San Ramon for years all the way back when our good friend Dan Dellegrotti was the owner. I recently reordered our letterhead and were charged nearly DOUBLE the price we paid in 2017! With no advance notice about the price increase! There is a NEW OWNER who apparently has never owned a business before. I was able to negotiate the price down but when I requested them to email my artwork to me so I could shop around for a new print company, they refused to do it!!!! They are holding my artwork hostage because I don't want to pay their high prices! I paid for this artwork to be created 15 years ago - beware!

I highly recommend Alpha Graphics for any printing needs. The staff is friendly and professional, and they take pride in maintaining an excellent standard of quality in their work. The prices are quite reasonable, and my order was completed quite quickly.

We have used this shop for over 10 years now for my business but will never use them again. I took in a CD of my daughters graduation pictures to have additional prints made ....they wanted to charge me $75 and set up fees when I already had the CD??? Took them to Kinko's they did it for $20 bucks ......greed is not attractive!!
