I decided to stop by tonight. Clean environment and the guy helped me out by recommending products and made it smooth for me tonight. Definitely recommend this shop. Top notch spot with a lot of product (well stocked) and won't disappoint.

Great establishment. Always have what I need and when I ask for products they don’t carry. They get it for me. My go to shop in all of the east Bay Area. Great staff and an incredibly clean environment. Staff are not only knowledgeable about the products they have but are respectful when taking care of you.

I have never seen a smoke shop like this in whole of California, I felt the customer service was impeccable. Jeff helped me with my purchase and his knowledge on this industry is very vast. I sincerely plan on being a regular customer at Alcosta Smoke Shop. I recommend it to everyone to stop by the store.

Wonderful experience!!! Went in for a flum and Nick and Zamir showed me a great collection they were very knowledgeable about the merchandise they have in store and online they both have super wonderful customer service skills!! Keep up the great work guys!! I will definitely be coming back!! ?✨

Walked in tonight and was helped immediately. The guy walked me over to my section and showed me what I needed to see. Asked me for extras to make sure I was all set. A biiig shop with lots of selection and prime flavors for hookah. Ive shopped in Oakland, Berkeley El Cerrito, Richmond and SF and I am shocked to find the best quality on a little corner in Oakland. Very pleased with this little place. Stop in. Loads of parking. Open late.

Good variety of products with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean location with great parking. Can order items in store ahead for pickup or delivery. They recently renovated and now have a lot more floor space as their business expanded into nextdoor. Recommend the online ordering service.

I absolutely love this place not just because they have great stuff but because the employees that work here are top of the line genuine good grade people! Knowledgeable staff, very welcoming vibe. Reminds me a lot of the times I managed a Shop in the San Joaquin area. Clean, and organized. They also seem like they would be willing to go the extra mile to make sure your needs and satisfactory expectancy are met and then some! Not really happy with their customer service honestly I But multiple items from them and the one time that they sold me a product that wasn’t sufficient they would not allow me to return it it’s really sad because I’ve spent I don’t know how much money and I will continue to spend money there but I choose not to anymore. There’s plenty of places that you can go that don’t have rotten customer service I’ve been a hairstylist for 20 years and if you treat your customers well you get treated well and you get loyalty these people have none
