I would literally give zero stars if I could. AAA towed my car WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT. WITHOUT SHOWING ID. THEY SHOWED UP AND TOWED MY CAR. I had no idea what time the car had been towed. No one called me. Nothing. Absolute shit service. Absolute shit business.

Went in for DMV Services on this trip. Checked online first to determine method of payments accepted, took awhile to find it- cash or debit, credit has a service fee. I've used this office for DMV services before, and they've ALWAYS been efficient and friendly.

If you are a AAA member, go here for your DMV needs like car registration. They are so nice and it's super easy and convenient.

Scheduled a DMV appt at this AAA office. Was to transfer a title. They were on-time and the agent really helped explain everything we needed to do (where to fill out the forms). Done in 15 mins and had the new registration in hand!

Fast efficient and they can do a bunch of stuff here.I got an international driver's license in about 20 minutes and it was a smooth operation.They don't have the travel books anymore I guess they've gotten rid of all those.A huge timesaver over the DMV for sure.

After 3 months of going back and foward with AAA, I really happy with the results. I appreicate you guys keeping your word and doing the right thing.

I have been a loyal customer to AAA for over 10 years and even got my family and friends to switch over. Even though they were a little more expensive I still trusted that they were a good company. I don’t think I’ll ever recommend AAA again ever to anyone. Not only has the quality of service gone down through the roadside assistance but also their claims department. They have pretty dishonest people at their field offices. I’ve had one of the most disappointing outcomes of my insurance claims so much that I want to switch to another carrier. I guess they don’t appreciate my business anymore and they just lost a lifelong customer. They say they care, but they really don’t. @MercuryIns you just gained a new customer.

Had to get my auto registration renewed was in and out in 3 min.. Previously when living in Monterey, the wait at AAA was regularly 60 minutes plus. Nice job San Ramon
