I had my windows tinted at this shop! A months later, there were bubbles all over windshield,, it was supposed to be a “life time warranty” when I took my car back for them to fix it, the owner told me because I didn’t have my receipt, he was not going to be able to do it. I told him the mane of the manager who sold me the product and the owner said; “I fired him, he was stupid” and I was like omg, have some dignity and show some respect. Anyhow, it is my lost, but I hope Karma get him.

They fixed a deep scratch so well I was unable to tell where the scratch was previously located. I had to look at old photos to figure that out! Charged a reasonable price too! Very high quality work.

I'm sure the tint quality is fine, but the business is very unprofessional.I called them on Thursday and the guy on the phone said, quote, "We have Saturday at 9:30." And I said that was fine so I scheduled the appointment to get my windows tinted on that day. Fast forward to Saturday and I get there at 9:28am and the doors are LOCKED, the establishment is closed (and keep in mind they open at 9:00am). I'm just waiting outside with 2 other people. At 9:45 finally an employee shows up (almost and hour after they are supposed to open). And to top it all off, they told me my appointment was for next Saturday, not that day. I mean seriously? The person on the phone never specified that. Why would I wait another whole week just to get my windows tinted.In conclusion, 925tint opened almost an hour late and messed up my scheduling. If you're wondering what happened next, I called TINTIX in Livermore (20 min away) and got an appointment for the same day, an hour later. They did a fantastic job.If you're like me you're reading these reviews because you're deciding between 925tint and Jet Black Tints. Go with neither. Both some have pretty awful reviews, enough that it can't be dismissed as a coincidence. Meanwhile TINTIX in Livermore has more reviews than 925tint and Jet Black Tint combined, and they have ZERO bad reviews. Go see for yourself. It's a little farther away but worth it (cheaper too).I just wish I listened to the other 1 star reviews for 925tints instead of wasting my time going there. Don't make my mistake. Go to TINTIX.

925tint has consistently provided excellent service to my entire family. Over the past 2 years, we have had 15 of our cars tinted by them, including my Tesla Model Y. In my opinion, they are the best tint shop in the bay area, without question.During my latest visit, the staff took great care of my car and ensured that all of my needs were met. Both management and workers were fantastic, and the tint job turned out beautifully. I highly recommend 925tint and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating. Their work speaks for itself! I went to 925 in Dec after being referred by a friend, I really liked their service, it seemed like a family run operation and Jessica was very friendly and understanding. After PPF was applied (took 2 days longer than what they initially told me), I was asked to come back in 2-3 weeks to fix the Tesla logo and also offered me a courtesy car wash. I couldn't go back in 3 weeks because of an emergency and I called them, the manager said ok, you can come back whenever you want. I went back after 6 weeks and they were able to accommodate me in for fixing the logo and the car wash. But after that was done the guy charged me $90, $80 for the car wash and $10 for fixing the logo, I asked him that this was a courtesy wash he insisted that that offer was for 2 weeks only. I asked him to talk to Jessica, or some other manager, he said there is no one there, threatened me that I can't take my car back. After much arguing, someone more mature from the workshop came in and saw my papers and offered the courtesy wash and logo.Really disappointed to see this last interaction with them, everyone prior to that was so great. I don't know if this is new management or just a clueless kid at the front but I would recommend other options now.Services: Paint protection

I am once again, very pleased with the service, that I’m receiving from 925tint. This time around I have the pleasure of working with Daniel and he is totally on top of the needs to be done to my car. I’m planning to have work my wife’s car after my car is completed. We purchased our truck and it looked good. We were looking to maintain the look without having to get an expensive new paint job. Our grandson happens to work at 925 and he suggested we let them put a ceramic coating on the truck. They did one small segment just to give us a glimpse at how it would allow us to maintain the luxurious look and limit sun damage. Since it's too large to garage. Not being biased, but I would highly recommend their staff, Henry runs a well run shop. Ardell, Daniel, Jessica and staff will make you fill like family while taking care of your vehicle! We constantly receive compliments on how nice it looks, even when it's dirty.

Guys this place has done it again! After years of coming here to gets tints and clear bra with many of my personal cars and personal Referrals this place seems to keep on getting better! Two main reason why this is my go to place! Number 1 is there value! , Guys I know that the wait time could take a bit long but I tell you what it's definitely worth it! They stand behind there products! And also their craftsmanship! I recently dropped of a 2022 GX 460 and this place never disappoints when it comes to clear bra! They are the best value! For the price you will literally save hundreds of dollars for a quality work! If you are a frugal person like me who always look for the best value and great deal then look no further! Their clear bra withstood the test of time! Their tints last and what can I say a great family owned business! No matter how many clear bra and tints shops are near me... I drive 20 miles just to be here! Now that tells you something!

One of my favorite parts of buying a new car is swinging by 925 Tint. I have been coming here for years and have had them tint everything from my sport car to my daily drivers. In addition to great tint installs I had them restore and install protection film on some old headlights I had which look great even five years later!Each time I come the installation is flawless and efficient.
