I had a great experience. My Macbook Pro needed a new battery. By working with this local business, I saved $100. More importantly, once they got the part I dropped it off and they were done in an hour. I love working with small local businesses, and this was a real win all around. ????

Avoid this place for iphone screen repairs. I repaired my screen sometime in June and the screen literally popped out. Did not even last 4 months. Not only did the screen just pop out, the screen ripped out the back cables for speakers and other things attached to the screen. This was because they put little to no glue to keep the actual screen attached to the iPhone, so it was just held together by the cables. Very disappointed because now I have a bigger problem than just a broken screen.

Great job by the team at YUCATECH. The power adapter on my laptop was broken and I couldn’t get it re-soldered myself. They got it fixed, and got the keyboard working again too! Expert work.

These guys are terrific. For the fourth time I walked in and there was nothing wrong with my phone except it wasn’t in the case right. Instead of trying to sell me something they just clicked the chat and said there you go. These people are honest. Kudos.

I happened to be sitting at my desk when I saw that my 3-month old HP ENVY was going through a BIOS update. Soon after I discovered my external mouse wasn't working and my battery was not charging.I diagnosed the problem to be USB drivers that were failing to update. By the time I got this far, my battery was down to 30% and I was afraid that if I continued to hack at it, I would deplete all battery power. It became time to call a professional.I Googled computer repair near me, found YucaTech and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My laptop was fixed in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend!

Son's laptop stopped loading up Roblox. He had tried every fix he could find on internet. Took it to YucaTech. Nice, polite, courteous staff. Figured out the problem. Has been working great since! Also got iPad screen repaired as well. That worked out great as well. Highly recommended!
