Long wait but agent explained things to me and worked out my problem. Thanks! Difficulties I had were due to procedures set up by upper Xfinity management, not store personnel.

The people in this store are AWFUL. Rude and not remotely interested in helping. I had an issue and they refused to solve it. I got frustrated and used one curse word but just describing my frustration not calling anyone names or blaming anyone. They refused to take my issue any further and basically kicked me out of the store. I will be researching other options.

I absolutely hate Xfinity/Comcast. I cannot adequately express my frustration and loathing. I have no idea what benefit I gain from doing business with this company. There is NO tech support - I have what is probably a fairly simple issue with SMTP and POP email settings. 10 minutes trying to get the ChatBot - which just kept circling with the same questions - to connect me with a human being in tech Support. With respect to billing and plans, they have utterly failed, time and time again, to honor promises made in phone conversations "we see that there was a call on X date, but we don't see anything about a credit to your account." Endlessly poor or non-existent customer service. If it were possible, I would give ZERO stars. This is the worst company.

At the time I made it there. It was way too busy and the wait was half an hour. I decided to takeoff after 15 minutes of waiting.

Don't bother calling,just go into this store, and you'll be taken care of well.....Update to when I went in without my husband.I waited over an hour.and when I asked when our turn was, we were Repeatedly was told to "take a seat" by a rude manager. I'm switching to At and T. I also was told they would not help me. Erick villatoro de Leon was especially unhelpful. Just a nightmare and he added to the pain.

They wanted me to “check in” and wait 15 minutes to drop off a defective modem as if I was at a doctor’s office. The people working here are the low functioning flunkies who obviously hate their job and choose to live in one of the most expensive places on Earth. Half them are in their 20s or 30s and look overweight or like they just moved out of a homeless encampment. Gives me zero faith in humanity going here seeing we have such stupid people in our society.

The biggest problem with Xfinity vs. AT&T is that during a power outage Xfinity goes down in about 6 hours. AT&T, because it is fiber based, is able to stay up and running for more than 7 days. With spotty cell service in my area this has proved to be critical.

Would give O stars if possible. The actual store and larger company are ridiculously slow to respond. Account was blocked for no good reason a day after the associate told me that everything was paid in full and all set to go and that service was going to return the following night. Well, it’s been a week now and this situation is a complete mess and my elderly parents, which depend on this have no service for an indefinite period of time while some sort of a “ticket” gets created.

Had a technician appointment where no one showed up or called scheduled for 1-3pm. Internet and tv are currently down. When I called customer service they said they did not know why they didn’t show up. Xfinity is the only ISP available in our area in San Rafael or we would have switched long ago.

Garbage... I have decided never to return to xfinity and just pay double at verizon. I have been here four times trying to cancel my account and it still charges me. Not to mention hours wasted on the phone for a service that never ended up working.Manager Juan is horrid and needs to move on if he cant be helpful. I have been told multiple times I had been taken care of to find bill in collections I had to then dispute.The bloody worse!

The store manager, who works at the front, is all smiles and respect but he's teaching his team to rip people off to run up their numbers. Yes, it's a sales game as soon as you walk in their door, but I know from working in sales that there is a right way and a wrong way to do it.They do not give af about you or saving you money or doing right by you. They have one goal, run up their commission numbers. They wanna add a line, get you on a bigger plan, sell you something you don't need and they will straight up lie to you to do it.I called customer service and they helped me lower my bill and the difference between what I ended up paying and what the guys in this store wanted to do was about $55/month.I came back in and told them and AJ( the store manager) said "oh I don't know how they did that! I didn't know they could do that!" Okay bro. Not my first time.They will play dumb with you. It's low quality, shiesty salesman ship.
