When you walk in this store you have to look for the person to check you in. They're not looking for you. Then when you check in don't expect to be called in order of the list. How they pick the next person is an unknown. I went in for a 30 second modem return. One person checked in after me for a return and was called to the desk before me. Then another person walks in and walks right up to a desk and says he's returning equipment and they take it! No telling him there's a line. I had 4 or 5 people come in after me and they were all helped before I was. Ridiculous. I don't mind waiting but not when the process isn't fair. They're trying to mimic an Apple store with 25% of the staffing. Bring a good book when you go.

No kidding!! The plan I ironed out last month was definitely not what the statement I received today reflected
This bill with automatic pay was $60.00 higher than what was promised
If only there was competition for these services

Long wait but agent explained things to me and worked out my problem. Thanks! Difficulties I had were due to procedures set up by upper Xfinity management, not store personnel.

They sold me an internet service and a phone and the next day they canceled it!!! They are not ethical!! under this place and the company and the employees too... they are not professionals!!!! The people in this store are AWFUL. Rude and not remotely interested in helping. I had an issue and they refused to solve it. I got frustrated and used one curse word but just describing my frustration not calling anyone names or blaming anyone. They refused to take my issue any further and basically kicked me out of the store. I will be researching other options.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to someone even after waiting in the store half an hour they sent me out with a phone number, which again led nowhere.
And be careful because they are Extremely sneaky and the next thing you know you’ve “signed” another contract when it was the last thing you would’ve done!!! And of course, there’s no way to talk to anybody that can do anything!!!

I met the genius at Xfinity and he was the greeter. I wish I got his name, he was working 3:30 pm on 01/07/2024. I had been on the phone for over 6 hours, 2 different days and they couldn’t figure out why my cell service just shut off. This Christmas miracle guy figured it out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, you kind sir!

I absolutely hate Xfinity/Comcast. I cannot adequately express my frustration and loathing. I have no idea what benefit I gain from doing business with this company. There is NO tech support - I have what is probably a fairly simple issue with SMTP and POP email settings. 10 minutes trying to get the ChatBot - which just kept circling with the same questions - to connect me with a human being in tech Support. With respect to billing and plans, they have utterly failed, time and time again, to honor promises made in phone conversations "we see that there was a call on X date, but we don't see anything about a credit to your account." Endlessly poor or non-existent customer service. If it were possible, I would give ZERO stars. This is the worst company.
