these guys have helped my honda 750 stay on the road for the past 7 years. earlier "mechanics" have made messes of the work that they made simple. they are a pleasure to deal with and have gone way out of their way to keep that bike running well. i recommend them at the most amount of stars possible!!! My FZR 1000 had a vibration at about 60mph. Drove me crazy - turned out a freaking out of balance crankshaft ? But . . . before I figured this out I swung buy this shop and explained my sich and some guy(definitely the boss)spent a good 20 minutes dicking around with all options - even put a 4 foot breaker bar on the engine bolts to the frame - no charge just tried to give me advice and a hand. I was "pour" at the time and and he knew it - and still gave me his time. when is the last time that happened to you ?

these guys do such a great job on my motorcycle. i have been coming here for years and they are the best i have found. my honda is 50 years old so you know i have worked with many shops. they are also reasonable and have fixed all problems that other shops have created

I brought my damaged motorcycle to Raul to inspect and write-up an insurance estimate for me. Having seen some pictures of his shop, I knew to not expect a very professional experience however what I didn't expect was his complete inability to write up a basic estimate. After inspecting my motorcycle for 1 day, I picked up my bike and he said he'd get me an estimate within a day. A week goes by and he finally finishes writing everything up. It then takes him another week to get any information over to my insurance estimator and he sent over random pictures of the bike along with a messy handwritten order that had math which didn't add up nor match other numbers he provided. I then spent 2 additional weeks asking him to provide a simple summary of the estimate with a total, which he was unable to do... literally the simplest thing you can do, he failed at. I can't speak to his ability to fix motorcycles but I can confirm he's incompetent and unable to run a simple business.

The R7 Goes In for Its Break-In Checkup I just got the new 2022 Yamaha R7 back from Wheelsmith Racing and it's running like a dream. Raul Meono had it in and out in a day and had some nice things to say about the R7. In particular he noted how light it is and how straightforward the valve check and other items were. I first went to Marc Salvisberg's Wheelsmith Racing with my new 1989 Yamaha FZR600. Raul had started at Wheelsmith in 1981 and his brother, Otto Meono Solis, joined Raul in 1990. In recent years Marc has done the dyno tuning on my bikes, but since I first brought the FZR in, all the other work has been done by Raul and Otto. Every single time in the past 32 years their work has been perfect and delivered exactly when they said it would be. Also, Raul and Otto are two of the nicest people you're ever going to meet and it's a pleasure just to see them. And it's not just me; their customers love them. Here are the Yelp reviews: They're conveniently located just off Lucas Valley Road in San Rafael (if you're a Bay Area motorcyclist, you know where that is). I've never had a car or motorcycle worked on and a shop be UNABLE to produce records or produce receipts. Several employees have told me they will have "to find" the records and will call be back but it's been a week. The second gentlemen I spoke with hung up on me when I asked. Judging by the other reviews I'm the exception. Will amend review should records be produced!

One star is overkill! These people are dangerous and just crooks . Oil change was 1 quart above than top limit. After a 700$ dollar inspection, Idle speed was at 600 rpm . Front brake was spongy. Theses thieves are destroying the trade. Either learn to do your basic maintenance or go somewhere else. Always asking to get cash money so they don't declare it. I will report them to district attorney, and possibly the IRS. Never done that before.

Raul is awesome! This place is honest and very reasonably priced. I ended up having a cpu related problem that needs to be handled by the dealer but he was quick to figure it out and charged me way less than he should have. I’ll be back with my next mechanical issue or service needs. Highly recommended!

Raul and Otto did an amazing job installing my exhaust and power commander. Very professional and honest and have been doing this for 40 something years.
