Very rude and unprofessional people answering the phones. I booked an appointment and the woman told me I couldn't make one as I had a previous balance and hung up on me. I haven't lived here for almost 10 years, way to hold a grudge. Further, didn't give me an opportunity to pay the bill, which was around 100.00. This tracks as I recall the same person being miserable a decade ago.

I've been seeing Dr.Fry and his team for years. I value their transparency and for answering my silly questions. I have never gotten the sense that I'm being taken advantage of or upsold products or services. Taking my 8 year old lab here is easy, and they treat her well. Keep doing what you guys are doing! ♥️

Dr. Frye, Diane and all the staff are compassionate and respectful of my dear dog. I am never kept waiting long, even when he's finishing up surgery. They have guided me in understanding the health issues of my pooch. She's now 15 1/2 yrs old, and thanks to the level of care, she's been well. Thank you

I'll try to summarize this to keep it short. I took my dog in for an examination and he barely looked at her. A couple of weeks later she began limping and I asked if he would have a quick look at it because I felt that the examination was not very thorough--case in point. So instead of being gracious about it he just said the examination was thorough enough and then had unmitigated nerve to say he cannot be of any further service to me--- what an effing nerve this guy has!! Dr. Fye is a first class A-Hole IMO. Avoid at all cost.

My dogs have been patients of Dr Frye’s practice: West End Animal Center, since for years. He is extremely skilled as a veterinarian and as a surgeon, and he professional and personable. I trust his advice and diagnostics. I don’t feel like a number at this practice, as I have felt in the past at VCA practices.

Dr. Frye (and family) has aided in the health and well-being of our pets throughout various stages of life (a couple Labradors, numerous Chihuahuas, a Shiba Inu, plus a calico cat) for many many years. He's consistently reliable, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and nurturing. We trust him implicitly.

Dr. Fry is the absolute best - he listen to all my worries over my adorable Yogi ( Cocker Spaniel ) He has Colitis, gave us the right medication and is starting to feel better. He has compassion, is kind and very gentle. We are soooo grateful to him
