Do not ever leave them unattended with your belongings. Tom Dudek, the owner, and the two day-workers he hired with a rented Uhaul reckelessly ruined $14,000 of my belongings. Hired to pack, move, and unpack my 1-bedroom. Came with only Uhaul 11 boxes, no packing material! I let them use over 30 plastic bins, and they ignored my huge pile of packing material and all specialty packing cases left right next to their expensive items. When my plastic bins ran out they used my trash liners...throwing in original art, glass beads, intellectual property, with random tools and other sharp objects. Then they just took my imac, original art, etc out to the truck piece-meal with no packing what-so-ever. I thought they were boxing things up outside and didn't want to bother them. When I met them at my new home, I saw that my $2000 Biomat was soaked wet and filthy. I asked Dudek what happened and he non-chalantly said that it got a little wet and said that I was overreacting. My furniture was completely banged up, my teak file cabinet's door broke off. They left hundreds of dollars of items out on my patio in the rain while my storage room had a few items in it, even as I begged them to not do this. I refused to let them unpack as it was now 9pm and there was no way I'd let them near my things ever again. Dudek took his website offline so I couldn't find his insurance info. The Better Business Bureau does not have his business listed. He runs his sham out of the San Rafael, yet he has no permit. I went to the business address and there is no sign or anything.

Tom and his crew did a great job on our somewhat challenging move from a 2+2 into a 1 bedroom. We give thanks and appreciation.

Great moving experience w good moving company who cared and performed efficiently w no damage to my stuff and no delays or wasting time. I am very satisfied with the West Coast moving and will call them again for my future home and bussiness moves. I recommend them to everyone

Tom and his workers just moved me from my 3 bedroom house which was filled with heavy furniture and helped me have a great moving experience. He and his very nice 3 workers showed up on time, packed everything clean, worked very hard, did not waste any time and were all very professional, pleasant and efficient. They made my move way more effortless than what I thought it would be. I was absolutely pleased with Tom's moving company and how they delivered, placed and took care of everything without any damage and such affordable price. I recommend Tom's West Coast moving company to everyone.

Vitor, Mario and Junior were amazing!!! they were so sweet and friendly, super fast, strong, and very careful and considerate of our things. they wrapped all of our furniture nicely and offered to assemble things. we had a hard move in a busy area of San Francisco up a flight of stairs with no elevator and they still got it done within the minimum time requirement. these guys deserve a raise!!!

Tom was awesome from soup to nuts. His estimate was by far the most reasonable. He and his workers were most meticulous and went the extra yard. All my furniture arrived intact, on time, and unblemished. Tom helped take much of the stress out of my move.

So happy I hired West Coast Moving! Tom and his team were fast and efficient. They handled everything with care and maneuvered the truck through the crazy hills in Mill Valley. The moving rate was much better than other local places as well. Highly recommend.

I used these fellows to move my entire apartment which was up 2 flights of stairs. They did a wonderful job and nothing was damaged. They took excellent care of my things. Which i was happy about. They even had to remove some doors and disassemble some things and put everything back together. I would highly recommend them.
