Worst bank ever. I try to do everything online but sometimes they make you go into the branch unnecessarily. I think they want to upswell you. I could easily open an account with another bank and move my money there online but if I want to move my money within Wells Fargo I need to go into the branch to do it. Every time I have an appointment time they run 30 minutes late. Not to mention the shady stuff they have done in the past like open up unauthorized accounts. I would love to move all my money out of this bank but since I have my business and personal accounts here it will take time.

Stay away from all Marin county Wells Fargo at all costs. The northgate branch at 600 las Galinas in Terra Linda. In 2009 my father and our trust manager at the branch walked me and my wife, along with my sister and her husband. Showed us where the safety deposit boxes were, showed us who we are to contact if something went wrong with my dad, ifgot dementia or passed away or somehow incapacitated. We all signed a form so that we could get into that safety deposit boxes in at that time my father's net worth was about $7.5 million. In 2013 I hire a bookkeeper and all of a sudden my wife and I don't have money anymore. I go to the guys at the branch and they were no help at all in fact they insisted that they had knew nothing about them being the trust managers or anything, so now they know that my dad has dementia or the beginnings of They've been stealing from us for two years and they figured that by the time I figured this out that they would be the ones in charge and they wouldn't have to answer. I've had a business and built five of others over the last 20 years and it spent $1.1 million to this point and in 2015 $275,000 worth of Checks With no backs, no endorsements or printing of any kind in 2016 $976,000 in checks, only the $194k I got was there endorsements on the checks. In 2017 it escalates to $2.4 million in checks to do a $324,000 build out that goes on my credit cards. I kept going to the branch and asking him for help thinking it was my bookkeeper when really it was the bookkeeper and these guys and boy did they make up some kind of a story. After selling a parking lot for $430,000 and the money disappearing in less than 15 days and them losing all of my credit card payments and mortgage payments By this point my father had mild dementia and I just done a clinical trial for my liver plus a year of IV anabiotic's and they're trying to tell me that I spent $66,000 a week for two years more than my expenses in my fathers expenses These guys seem to think they're going to keep hiding this, I told them that I wasn't we didn't have any money at this time and that my father was writing me thousand dollar checks and $1500 checks and could you please get me the account statements to his Wells Fargo account ending in 4428 they kept telling me that my father never had that account because it showed my father's actual signature showed the kind of notes in the things he would write on checks and that he truly was just giving me thousand dollars and $1500 checks because we had no money and he didn't know where the money was going in 2017 in July I overhear a phone conversation between my father and the guys at the branch and they tricked my father into paying a $271,000 tax bill for these fraudulent checks they cashed when I finally got all of the checks These guys drainers of even more money. They try to steal the money from our house they tried to foreclose on our house they lost $78,000 in payments I made to the mortgage. They were stealing most of the money through credit card payments to Wells Fargo credit cards and then putting a bunch of false things on them and I started to realize that these things that were on these credit card statements were actually bought on debit cards. Then they started making a lot more mistakes, these guys are real slime and he really do need to go to prison. The main characters at the time Garrett personal banker, Julian Weider banker, isha the trust manager and mark the manager. I would go in to get money for my fathers bills and Isa the trust manager would say things to me like it's too bad that the family doesn't really know how much moneys in the trust or who's in charge of the trust in that maybe they're so paranoid that you don't even know that there's any money left until it's too late and then you can't even find out?' When I called the branch the other day to tell them that I had reported all the checks to the IC3 of the FBI and that I put up a TickTock about this whole thi

Years ago as a mall merchant, I could say that I was quite a bit in friendship with the ever high turnover rated staff.

Staff are very lazy. They need more sleep in their homes.

No empathy or time for their customers even when they were victims of a fraud scam which the teller could have warned about and the manager has no time to step from behind the counter to even give 2 minutes or have the decency to call back. Poorly trained staff!

I went here yesterday around 1:15ish and there were only two tellers working while the line grew and grew. Now, I know they are trying to be more "customer" friendly after all the debacle of a couple years ago by having those greeters at the entrance. Now my question is, why even have those?? What purpose do they serve?? The greeter at this branch didn't even say hello to me as I walked in and by him, his ONLY job! He did NOT do! Okay, I'll forgive him, I guess but then I stood in line for a few minutes and it was obviously taking forever to get helped and this greeter didn't even go find more tellers or anything, he just stood there waiting. GET RID OF THE GREETERS and use them as an extra teller!!

In the state of California Wells Fargo Bank DOES NOT answer their phones EVER. Any WF bank you call will reroute to a central WF phone bank. The people on the other end know zero! I simply wanted to know which branch carried Euros. Only they can call any branch and usually the branch wouldn't even pick up for them. They called about 5 banks. I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone!! I finally drove to my branch to ask the manager why my calls were unanswered. She informed me that they reroute EVERY CALL in the state of California! I mentioned to her that perhaps it might be helpful to remove the people that stand at the entrance greeting you; which I find very annoying, and place them in a position to answer customers phone calls! A no brainer. It's quite unsettling to find the bank holding your money can never be reached. Customer Service???? I'm moving all my accounts.

Lines move very slow. Only 2 people working the counter. When I got my money they had it banned together and the teller got an attitude when I stood there and counted it. I'm sorry, I'm not just going to take your word that what you rubber banded together is correct.
