I was in town for less than 6 hours for my daughter's sport event and popped into this store. From the moment I walked in until I left they were friendly, attentive, complimentary, and even suggested quick dining options without being prompted! Lovely store and super fabulous customer service. Beyond impressed.

Cutest clothes & fun selection from casual to dressy and great accessories! Great service! I called ahead to purchase a gift certificate, it was packaged so cute and all I had to do was popIn and grab it on my way to a birthday dinner. Thank you!!

Hands down my favorite place to shop! You can get fancy cocktail dresses to low key jeans/boots/sweaters. Everything's well made. Mix of pricey to moderate.

For over 20 years I have relied on this sweet haven of girl power and style. Aimee has a great eye for fashion that fits well, looks great and has a sexy fun practical edge for every age and type of woman. Aimee also has an incredible heart for her customers and hires THE GREATEST staff. I always feel the love in there. Rather than feeling cornered and pushed into buying, I feel understood, heard, supported and encouraged, and without fail manage to walk away damned glad that I came--- and usually not empty handed. Especially during this weird Covid era when retailers have so little on the floor, Viva Diva should be appreciated and supported as they manage to keep their nest feathered for us---despite the challenges of this time on small retailers. So I encourage you to stop by and grab something that makes your day and closet better for it.

My daughter from London and I were enjoying a lovely day in San Rafael when a sale rack in front of Viva Diva stopped us for a look. That look got me a darling khaki jacket ($150 down to $80, woohoo!), a great time enjoying exploring the beautiful clothes and jewelry in the very pretty shop, AND dining suggestions from the lively and fun, Kiera. Wow, I truly believe this was the best shopping experience I have ever had on this planet. No kidding. I am someone who hates to shop and has little ability when it comes to creating an outfit. Re-entering the job force as a "mature" person, and wanting to feel relevant, I decided to give this place a try. Enter Kira and Jaylana! These lovely and talented women took an incredible amount of time, making certain I had everything needed. They were honest, kind and a wealth of information. They successfully adorned me from head to toe and I could not be happier with the outcome. They did not try to put me in less than age appropriate attire but truly heard the parameters and concerns I shared. Their skills left me feeling contemporary and fabulous. Tremendous job!

My absolute favorite place to shop in the Bay Area! The Viva gals are beyond friendly and so, so helpful! The vibe is so welcoming and wonderful. I always find what I need or am helped to try something I would not have tried without a recommendation. I can't believe that this is my first time reviewing Viva Diva as I've been shopping there for over a decade, but here we go! Viva Diva is nestled in on 4th street, and upon walking in the door (pre-and post-covid), the ambiance is so cozy and welcoming. Whether you are a regular customer or a first-timer, Amy and the Viva gals exude warmth and hospitality, and when it comes to fashion, they have the perfect selection. It's so clear that Amy is passionate about her store, because each item is hand-picked carefully with different styles, trends, and budgets in mind. Not only that, she is always ahead of the season and ready to present the newest choices ahead of the bigger corporations. One of my favorite things about Viva, is that their service is always personalized. Whether it's doing personalized shopping and order delivery throughout covid, or being honest about how well a piece is going to fit or how something will look, they go above and beyond to prove that their clients come before their sales goals. Try finding that at a chain! Viva Diva is everything you want in a boutique, whether you are looking for a dress for your holiday party, or the perfect sweats to work from home, they have it all.
