What happened to Verizon? Service and reception is awful. Verizon used to be the best for reception even in spotty areas. Not anymore.

Amazing cannot describe my experience! Changing providers and a new phone is normally a nightmare. Nico took care of EVERYTHING for me. Treated me with smiles and confidence. So grateful for his expertise and knowledge. For listening to all I asked for and hitting it out of the park. He wouldn't let me go until I was comfortable with everything. You have a loyal customer in me.THIS is customer service.

Nico is the most personable and professional rep for Verizon that I’ve met yet! He calmly fixed my phone and spoke pleasantly with everyone I saw entering the store. He can multi-task problem solving and does so with a smile. I highly recommend this particular store if you want the most efficient help for your phone! They also have nice choices for accessories. Parking is easy too.

I made an appointment to handle a matter and was very nervous because previous attempts failed.Fortunately the Mgr, Kristlyne was there and she promptly took charge. She said to transfer from old phone to new one would take about 1/2 hr. I was able to run some other errands and sure enough I returned and everything was completed.The young guy Carlos was also very kind and helpful.I walked away feeling very satisfied that this was handled so efficiently and promptly. Thank you Kristlyne, Carlos & San Rafael Verizon. You’re awesome.
