Sign said lunch from 11:30 am- 12:00 pm but the lady there told us to wait because she needed to lunch!!! Bad attitude as well!!!

I’ve placed my mail on hold a few times. The first couple of times I’ve said I would pick up my mail and instead they delivered it to me. So this time j said “deliver it to me” and they didn’t do it. I’ve got bills to pay and I don’t have the statements to know what I owe. This PO is not well run at all!

I ship things almost daily for my small business and I have to say -- this is the best, most efficient post office around. And I have frequented many Bay Area locations over the years.

The woman who operates the passport services at this branch should have her pension revoked. Like the other reviewers here, we arrived at 10:15AM and she was "at lunch." We waited over an hour and she never returned. We decided to come back at 1PM to see if we could walk in and she was still gone. What an absolute waste of time for tax payer funded services.

Terrible service at the passport office!The woman is just so horrible and rude!!! I got there at 2pm for walk in as was mentioned, she came out and anounced that she can't help me as I wasn't waiting there from 1pm, even though only 3 people were waiting to be helped!Can't believe there are still such kind of people working in US, in such important and serious roles.I would have rated 0, if I could

Not sure why the rating is low when I had a great experience here. No crowds, helpful, friendly and patient employee — if memory serves me correctly, her name tag had Kimberley on it. Large parking lot.

The absolute worst. Appointments are now required for passport services, which is great! My husband and I planned far in advance to schedule an optimal time to (1) both take off work and (2) take a potty training toddler in for her first passport. We arrived promptly at our appointment time at 10:30a, only to be told that the passport officer was on break. We waited until well after 11a before we were seen. Another family arrived for their 10:45a appointment and was also waiting with two small children. Why on earth would they accept appointments during the time of an employee's scheduled break? Our 15-minute appointment slot turned into 50 minutes, making our kid miserable (no public restrooms) and both of us late for meetings. The also didn't like my photocopy of the birth certificate and charged me $1 to make their own copy (something that I wouldn't normally rant about, but was certainly the icing on the sh*t cake that was this experience). AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible customer service! A woman who is working at passport office told me at 1.50 pm that the office is closed even though office hours are from 10 am till 2 pm.
