“I bought an X5 from Car Freaks just after the pandemic hit. I looked all over the Bay at a lot of trucks. I am a bit of a car freak myself and the vehicles Sam sourced are all cars I would love to get. We did a test drive together, Sam was 100% on board with all safety precautions. The car I drove was in great shape, and you could tell he knew he had found a special one. We had a great conversation about different brands and models. I could tell he knew a lot and loved cars the way I do.I asked to have the car inspected by an independent party. He agreed. The place I took the car to found some very minor issues, which Sam gladly took care of.I am always apprehensive of buying a used car but wanted an SUV for traveling with my family. Two months in, I know I bought a great car from a great dealer. At Car Freaks, I feel I was dealing with an honest and straightforward person in Sam. I couldn't recommend Car Freaks more!”
