All I know is the UPS Store has all my shipping needs, printing needs, conference prep material like banners, business cards, material, as well as a mailbox for receivables for my business. How is this not 5 stars?

I had 3 big items I got out of my car in rain then brought to storefront. The two cashiers shut the light and locked the door in front of me. Then proceeded to tell me both drawers were fully closed and couldn't do the Amazon return. It was literally 559 pm and they close at 6. Customer service this days is just horrible. Literally rained on and locked the door and ignored then told a lie. When they fully could have helped but just was set on being self centered. Much like her generation.

I just called this store to ask 2 questions and the lady had no manners whatsoever. She was really rude, not even a bye she just hanged up.

This store is fantastic! Service, service, service!! Love doing any kind of business here. They crush it every time. The manager, Andrew, is amazing. Always helpful, super professional and very smart. Every experience has been excellent!

I don't know why this store has such bad reviews. I guess it's because only people who have problems write reviews?I have been using this store consistently since they opened to handle my Amazon and other UPS returns. I confess to being a bit of a shopaholic and I'm a caregiver, so can't get to stores often.I have never had a bad experience at this UPS except a few times when there were long lines. But, that's not the fault of the people who manage the place and work there.For me, they are unfailingly polite and helpful. They acknowledge you right away and try to multitask to keep things moving.I'm thankful they are here in Terra Linda--which is generally a wasteland of good food, stores, and services.

Despite being very convenient, this place has lost more than one of my packages. If you're going to ship from here, make sure you have your own box and you verify that the label has been placed on it before handing it over.

This is the worst UPS franchise store. The most unfriendly staff. They will accept USPS return, but will charge you $3.50 to print label, unlike other UPS stores.

this is the worst UPS store i've ever been to. i usually don't leave bad reviews but i literally wouldn't feel right not leaving one. i came inside the store to print out a label for not even 3 minutes and wasn't able to log in. i told the lady i'd come right back and she said she has to charge me $3 even though i didn't print out anything! i paid $3 and left. i came back and the same thing happened, the guy at the register starts yelling MAAM, you need to pay!! i told him i just paid $3 for nothing! i could understand if i was sitting on the computer for 10+ minutes but it hadn't even been 5 and i couldn't even get through to what i came there for. he told me don't use the computer if i didn't want to pay. how about you try and assist me? not once did anyone ask me what was wrong or offer an alternative so i can print. i told the girl i wasn't able to print to begin with and all she was worried about was charging me. $3 is insane! it says .30 per minute, charging for computer use is crazy anyways. do better! id leave 0 stars if i could.

I've been trying to return a package for over a month and every time I go there the employees have the door locked claiming that the system doesn't work. You would think after one month you would have fixed the system that you are claiming that's broken, but honestly I don't think it's broken. I just think it's a group of employees who are not wanting to work. On top of them locking people out and lying about the status of their system. They also have the worst customer service and fight with their customers who are waiting consistently.

Not currently time efficient. There is not a way for those wishing to just drop off a prepaid package (no receipt needed) to do so without waiting in the full line with, which is very often long. So those needing to do something that takes seconds + does not need any interaction are waiting behind others needing to have their packages boxed, addressed, and paid for. Would be appreciated if this could be improved with a dropbox/dropoff area of some sort like I’ve seen at other locations, or a drop-off express line - thank you for considering.
