This thief made my coworker uncomfortable and when I asked her not to do that because its unnecessary, she walked out stealing her print outs, already notified sheriff but want other ups stores to beware this person who has issues clearly.

I hate the waiting to pick up packages. There should be a speedy line for those who pay a substantial amount for a mail box. I often find myself in a long line while the clerk is busy with some lengthy notary client.
The mailbox and shipping work should be quick moving. The notary work is like an anchor that infuriates me. I have had leave several times. I am writing this as I wait in line.

I was the only one in the store and just needed to drop off a prepaid package. The employee, Fernanda, was flustered and couldn’t figure out first how to scan it, then enter things correctly in the computer, then came the problem of printing the receipt. I told her I didn’t need it, then she she got short with me and said no we can’t do that; I’m trying just wait. Of course I asked if there was a manager that could help, and she was the only incompetent employee there. 20 minutes later she called someone and got it working. It’s ridiculous that you’d have someone there alone that can’t do her job.

I couldn’t print my label at home, so brought to store as a PDF to give them to print out for me. $3.67 to print out the label on a plain sheet of paper. What a ripoff. Go to FedEx across the street if you need your label printed.

Efficient, good customer service and gets the job done. I've used them for dropoffs and packing of items to ship. I've never had a bad experience and have come here for five years.

This UPS store is in our neighborhood so it's an easier location to return things to Amazon. I was in this store a few months ago and had two extremely rude clerks, sisters no less working a return for me. They were so out of line and put me down that a customer stepped in to admonish them in my behalf. I did call and talked to the owner, a very reasonable guy. And since then, one gal is gone, but the other stayed employed. She is still unfriendly and dismissive but manages to disappear when she sees me. I was in again a couple days ago to return some blinds to Amazon. I had forgotten to print out the single page return label. BIG MISTAKE!! Don't ever forget to do that! Sure you can have them print a label but it will cost you $3.67 for a single sheet! Of course prices have gone up, but this seems to be a smaller example of price gouging.

DON’T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WRECK YOUR DAY!!! The worse customer service from the most rude, arrogant, offensive and unprofessional young clerk, actually two young clerks. They refused to give their names not only to me but a kind customer gentleman who came to my defense. He asked the first one why she was treating me so badly. Her respond, “ I don’t want to get involved” followed by “I don’t care.”I don’t appreciate being made fun of for being hard of hearing or for not knowing how to find the return label on my iPhone fast enough. And then to think they refused to give me their names!The one gal slapped the greeting cards I wanted to buy down on the counter and amongst my change and deliberately went through the bills to give me a torn one.I was so shaken up that I called UPS customer service when I got to my car. I’ve followed up 3 times to no avail; never an apology, never a call from a manager, etc.

I have been here 7 or 8 times since moving nearby, always for very straightforward packing and shipping needs. It's always the same guy there. He has been extremely rude and unprofessional towards me 100% of the times I have been there. If I HAVE to use UPS, I will now drive an extra 10-15 minutes to go to another location.

They dropped my package and I had it insured and they're blaming it on poor packing lol. Not shipping with them ever again.

This UPS store is the closest one to where we live. We just recently had great service from them on an important short notice notary signing that was crucial for to us to get quickly. We are very thankful they are there and push themselves to remain as a local service to our benefit and advantage. They sometimes are very busy, but have always been kind and polite, even when we can see it is not being an easy day.Thanks gang!

Take forever picking up the phone for a simple question!!!! Keeps me on hold for 15 minutes !!! Do I have to go in there and speak to the manager. This is ridiculous!
