I had a great experience working with Shawn. He has been super helpful guiding me through the process and coming up with a policy that suits my needs. When I had to submit claims he and the team have been responsive when called upon. Wow, I've gotta give a huge shoutout to Trevor Lam and his State Farm crew. These folks really know how to make you feel good about insurance!They made choosing auto and life insurance a breeze. They explained all the options thoroughly, so I didn't feel lost. And they never left me hanging – always quick to reply and answer my questions.What really blew me away is how well they know their stuff. They're like walking encyclopedias of insurance knowledge. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you get the right coverage.Overall, my experience with Trevor and his team was a total win.

I wanted to change car insurance so decided to call State Farm for a quote. I recommend you ask to speak with Eve as she was very helpful and did her best to get me what I wanted. She even reviewed my initial quote and was able to find and fix a minor mistake that brought down the price of my insurance. We went back and forth on different plans and bundles in order to get into the price range that I wanted. I had a direct phone number I could reach her at which was so amazing since my previous company would have me on hold for 2 hours and would not provide a direct contact line. I look forward to being covered by State Farm.

My agent is Eve and she made my car insurance transition a smooth process despite how chaotic an east-to-west coast moving situation can be! She also helped guide me through the steps/information to help register my car in Cali. DMV stuff can always be confusing so it was helpful to get some knowledge about the necessary documents from a reliable source.I’ve been a State Farm customer for many years and thanks to Eve’s help, will remain one for the coming years.
