“I have a 2002 Solara with 230K miles on it, I took it in for an oil change and Juan Carlos showed me that I had broken rear shock that was making a lot of noise. I was very happy after replacing the rear shocks, until noises that were covered up by the broken shock moved from the back ground to the fore ground. And that started making me crazy. Juan Carlos was so patient with me, describing as best I could, what I was hearing. He kept telling me, "I just want you to be happy". and one by one, he tracked down what were the culprits... like a detective pursuing leads...and its an old car, and now.... its almost as quiet as when it was new. Sooo... am I happy,? OMG !!! I am so happy with how he helped me. So much so, that I bought him a bottle of Milagro Reposado Tequila to thank him, which just by coincidence, was his favorite tequila. “Luis and his team did a great job repairing the damage to my Camry after it was rear-ended but it's their follow-up service that really impressed me. Several weeks after the repair, I accidentally peeled off the corner of the protective strip on the newly repaired back bumper and damaged the paint job underneath. I showed it to Luis and he had the entire bumper repainted at no expense. He even reattached a front panel that I had knocked loose in the time between paint jobs, again free of charge. It's a real pleasure to find places that stand by their work like Luis does. I hope to have zero need for an auto body shop going forward but if I do, this is the only place where I'll take my car.”

“I was stuck, literally stuck on a bump in the asphalt when I tried to turn around on a very steep driveway. I mean, wheel not touching the ground. I called a few places, and they wanted 250 to 450, which I did not have. I called Corte Maderia Towing and spoke to Ricky. After explaining my predicament , ricky agreed to do it for a hundred dollars, which was all I had in my account, but that's what I needed to do. Ricky came out and spent about 30 minutes trying to manipulate my car off the hump and then told me he wouldn't charge me. I cried on the way home. Unbelievable in this age of high prices and personal narcissism, to come across someone like Ricky. I wish i could monetarily make up his losses, but I can let the rest of the world know that this individual deserves the business like no other towing company.”
