The service of this place is horrible. If customer service is important to you, run away. If you can deal with the the horrendous customer experience, then by all means, consider yourself warned.

If you're looking for customer service, you're not going to find it here. I went in to check out a unit on July 3rd, and was told to come back on the 5th and that it would be held for me. I callback on the 5th and apparently it was rented before I had the chance to go in. I find that quite disrespectful. I would've signed up for the unit had the gentleman that I spoke with not tell me to wait till the 5th for the owner to come back. Seriously?! Do NOT rent here. There are tons of other places that will provide you the respect that you deserve as a consumer.

I had a small storage unit in the facility for 5 years, and it was a great experience. No problems at all, Janet was very helpful whenever anything would come up. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in the area! Thank you!

Unfortunately Janet appears to be suffering from dementia. She will tell you a unit is coming available on a certain date then rent it out to someone else. Then she will tell you one thing over the phone and have forgotten the conversation an hour later, with the quotes and availability now completely changed when you arrive at the office. For a facility of this kind that degree of incompetence is disastrous. She completely destroyed my move-out planning.

I just had the craziest experience at this storage , theirs this really old mentally ill lady working there that attacked me and my friend . I was in an office nearby coming out while I heard an old lady yelling at my friend verbally insulting us calling both of us prostitutes , just for the simple fact that my friend was in the parking lot that belonged to the office right next to her mini storages. It is so unprofessional and makes that business look terrible , me and my friend approached the office so we can get the mangers number when she claimed she was the owner and the manger .. her name is Janet from what I learned talking to the business owner next door and was told she was only the manger but not the owner . For her to approach my friends window and hit it is so wrong and makes me mad that she thinks she's prioritized just because she's white . No one should ever speak to anyone one like that regrading their race or just because there old or grumpy . She might as well retire if she's so miserable trying to make other feel bad . Mind you I had my daughter in the car with my friend . So unprofessional and disgusting . For her to keep yelling "get your fucken car out of here " "drug addicts " makes me sick . I called her racist and she started yelling and saying she was calling the cops I chose to leave and be the bigger person and figure out what the owners number is even thoe I'm 22 n she's like 80 . You guys should consider how she makes your business look .
