If you care about your pet's health, stay far FAR away from Tails of Terra Linda Pet Resort as well as it's sister Veterinary business located next door. Our dog not only ended up being underfed during their stay, they contracted Kennel Cough, which as you'd expect wasn't ideal for an older dog and an additional expense through our own vet to treat. But wait, their abuse isn't just limited to pets, their billing and collection practices have a lot to be desired for owners and they'd sooner chase a buck and punish their patrons than take responsibility for their own billing mistakes. Since my incident with them I've heard heard so many first hand horror stories from others who have been here, most notably when they let an owner's dog escape which was eventually found deceased. :( Do yourself and your pet a favor, AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Another short stay two happy pups - thank you for treating them like your own when they stay with you! I love that the staff remember their names and I am always grateful that they run in and love visiting with you all.

I left my my dog with them while I went on vacation thinking she would be well taken care of but when I came back she wasn't the same. She was just traumatized one of her nails looked like it was coming off. She couldn't even eat. DON'T BOARD YOUR PUP HERE!!

Tails of Terra Linda is just the best. It is abundantly clear that each staff member loves animals. Every time we drop off our doggie I know I can trust the staff to take excellent care of our fur baby. It fills me with joy to know that he is having fun with his friends. I feel so much gratitude for Tails of Terra Linda! Thank you!

This place almost killed my cat by failing to give her her meds properly and constantly as well as left 2/3 old wet food for her which was dried and brown when I picked her up. Her litter box was full and she was covered in urine. I had to get her out of the cubby as she couldn't even get up on her own. My cat is on day 4 of Marin Pet Emergency Hospital care as she was in critical condition when I picked her up from this horrible place. This is the most disgusting awful place for cats. They seem to do dog care okay, but they are understaffed, and untrained in cat care. I will be in touch with Better Business Bureau and have already spoken to Marin Humane. DON'T LEAVE A CAT HERE FOR ANY REASON!!

We love Tails of Terra Linda and our pup loves it even more! We regularly drop our pup off for the day and have also boarded him when we're out of town. The staff are responsive and clearly take good care of the dogs. We like the fact that you pay for the room size rather than the dogs weight. We have taken our dog to day care to a different business and felt that the staff were not very focused on the animals and our dog would come home so smelly after only a day of playing. This is not the case at Tails of Terra Linda and can tell they keep their space clean.

Tails of TL is a great place for our dog Goldie to socialize and interact with other dogs and humans. They know her name, know her interests and her personality. When I speak with them, I feel they CARE. We boarded her over night three times so far, and all has gone well. She goes on regular play days during the week and really seems to enjoy herself. We feel we made a great find in Tails of TL. Thank you Carlos and Dr. Davis, as well as ALL the other staff for making us feel Goldie gets good care with you.
