Carlos has been fixing my computers since 2017 - and hands down, he is the BEST IN MARIN COUNTY! I'm no novice to PCs, and when I'm stumped, Carlos has quickly figured out the problem & got it working - sometimes within hours. Excellent!!

Expert. Honest. Affordable.I've fixed & upgraded dozens of computers (memory, drives, screens, etc.) over the years... yet there comes a point when even someone comfortable with electronics simply no longer has the time for the unexpected or intricate repair. You just need TLC.Thoroughly professional, friendly -- and speedy! Carlos was absolutely terrific! He transferred all of my data from my old laptop to my new laptop, quickly and at a terrific price. Although I live in San Francisco I'll be using TL Computer Repair for all of my future needs.

ok this is so so overdue..bene like 3 years since I went there looking for a very long DSL cable..I called many places in Marin no one had what I wanted and called here super great friendly phone presence and had what I wanted. Drove there met super nice guy, sorry I forget his name..but just the best personality very helpful and had what I wanted and educated me on best scenario for my then girlfriends cable needs for her second computer in back room which I then laid down neatly from front room to rear..anyways we won't go there I wasn't outdoorsy enough sorry I don't like to do 10 mile "Power Hikes" I like to enjoy my hikes with the person I'm hiking with so it's relaxed not a chore ..lol..anyways go here call them pricing was great and took time to explain educate me I call that customer service he could've just sold me a cable and saw thanx see ya but he didn't..Hope they stay in business they deserve our support..I have a feeling their other services are just as awesome!

Carlos is not only a genius, he is a magnificent human being. I LOVE THIS MAN! He fixed my computer on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, no notice, no waiting, just sees the problem and fixes it for the minimum one-hour charge, then fills the remaining time clearing viruses and malware I didn't even know I had. God bless Carlos Luna!

I spilled coffee on my MacBook and it shut down for a few days. Carlos cleaned the liquid and checked my parts and so far so good! Carlos was very quick, responsive, and helped fix my laptop in the same day. Highly recommend!

Another five star, highest-possible-recommendation review from someone used to fixing his own computers. I'd invested about as much time & energy as I could spare on a damaged laptop, then brought the rest of the job to TL Computer Repair. Carlos immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had the machine back in my hands in short order -- all for an extremely reasonable fee. He's a total pro who eminently deserves his great reputation for superb professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Carlos definitely deserves another 5 star review for his outstanding service!! He's very knowledgeable, professional and a real pleasure. Service was prompt and prices are reasonable. I recently brought another computer to Carlos and he did his magic! I can't say enough on how pleased I was again with his services. My 12 year old grandson wanted to build his own gaming computer from scratch and had saved enough to get all of the parts needed. He put it together with the help of my nephew, over the phone. Fingers crossed... It ran the first time we fired it up! As it turned out though my grandson used the wrong screws to attach the motherboard and it was a out of alignment, which could've caused other problems. Carlos noticed this right away and went over and above to correct the problem. He also cleaned up the wiring and installed the Windows 10 for me. My grandson was ecstatic!! Thanks again, Carlos! I will always call Carlos first for any computer related issues. He's the best!
