Terrible, continuously raising rental fee and blaming it on inflation, place is dirty, mouse problem realized after starting to move out because of continuous rate increases. The elevator lift is a joke as it doesnt go to floor and most of the dollies/carts were in terrible condition. For as much as they charge on an open air, non climate controlled old dirty facility they should consider tearing that place down and rebuilding with a flood resistant 5 story facility, keeping the entire first floor(ground level) for parking and have a REAL elevator that goes all the way to floor so you can actually roll your cart into elevator. I made it two stars only because it was convenient location, the stair slope was better than average and onsite representatives were nice.

We had an easy to access unit for 2 years. The folks who run the place are very nice, and the fact that it is on a quiet street makes it easy to load and unload

This place has everything I needed for storage. Clean, secure, well-lit and convenient access. Since it is entirely contained indoors it makes it easy to load and unload no matter what the weather. The manager there is super helpful and very friendly. Plus it has a really cool back area right on a waterway where you can hang out and enjoy the scenery in between trips. Pricing is average..reasonable for the amenities.

The lift that is supposed to be able to get your items into the upstairs units doesn't come all the way down to the floor, so you have to pick up your items off your dolly to load them onto the lift which is about 16 inches off the ground. Then you have to put your things back on the dolly when you get to the top floor.There are cobwebs all over by the lights leading up the stairs and I saw a black widow on the corner of the stairs leading upstairs. No elevator by the way. Once you load your things onto the lift, you have to walk up the stairs and push a button to get the lift to bring your items upstairs.All of the carts are literally broken almost in half so you should bring a dolly with you if you want to bring your things down the hallway to your unit.The assistant manager Jolie was very nice and helpful. Units were clean although I do wonder if I'm going to find a black widow in my stuff when I go to move out.They do have a gate and overhead door that closes when the facility is closed for the evening.

The five stars is only in memory of the previous manager Leslie. She is a fantastic human being and the only reason I stayed for the 7 years I did. After quite a nasty experience with an employee of the management company, I promised her I would leave when she did and I have. A little delayed, but without her this place cannot be the same. The new property management company kept bumping my rent up until it had gone up 100 percent. Now that they have lost Leslie's charm, I was only left with the sting of the price. Wherever she is, I wish her only pure joy and health in her life. Truly a genuine person with a heart of gold.

This storage facility is a gem in Marin, clean and convenient and fair prices. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly in securing the correct space for me

Terrible customer service and terrible management. Trash management if you ask me. The place it tiny and you can't even access your own storage unit you spend your hard earned money on after 5:45pm weekdays, 4:45 weekends.... Very limited hours with RUDE customer service from an old lady that's there EVERYDAY bugging and stalking you. She will find a problem to make with you for no reason. What's the point in giving my money to a storage unit that you can barley access til 5pm along with an extremely crazy rude, annoying KAREN who bugs you constantly over NOTHING. Sucks this Karen is there basically EVERYDAY, so when I need to access my unit I can't even get a break from her, insane. Do not recommend, do not waste your money on this s*** hole storage! There's plenty of more nice, BETTER, affordable storage units around the area you can access at least until 7pm or 9pm! Trust me.
