Our storage unit has flooded multiple times and everything within an inch of ground level destroyed. To top it off they did nothing about the flooding. You would think they would do something, sand bags, anything to help it but nope. This place is bad. There are also rats in all the unites.

With the most recent rains, Storage House flooded. The managers didn't call anyone to let them know. When asked about what Storage House could do to help its customers, the manager said: "if you don't like it [a flooded storage unit], go somewhere else." Don't be the s***** that takes my unit.
