This is an awesome non profit organization ! My experience in the past with this org. is that it fills in the gaps of meeting the needs of Marin County's less fortunate that all the other non profit organizatiins ie, Ritter Center, Homeward Bound of Marin are often redirecting families and individuals to St. Vincent de Paul Society when a catastrophy or disaster or severe losses have been or are emenent.
St. Vincent de Paul Society gets five stars from me for restoring my faith in humanity when had nowhere else to turn to , they are the answer to prayer .

If you live in Marin County, you can always come to the dining hall and get a hot breakfast and lunch, 365 days a year. The help desk is available every Wednesday and provides excellent services to those in need. The case workers are compassionate and informative. Great place to help you get back on your feet!

excellent organization/business for the bureacracy who runs this place. the woman at the new 2 million dollar home office require large salaries and comfortable working environment and the homeless require free meals and bus tickets mostly - things further like help with gas or utilities - god bless your patience and capacity to deal with these people - could never get help with more than a meal and a couple of bucks - with extensive required paperwork and proof sitting inside an office for the greater part of the day. collecting cans would have been easier. you receive 3 figures - they receive 6. sounds about right for the likes of this place and buckelew programs.

St Vincent de Paul has been open every single day since this pandemic started! The only reason this is possible is because of the volunteers outside of st. Vincent's that make lunches for the needy and homeless of San Rafael! These two children have made over 1,000 lunches during this pandemic! Without these children a lot of people in San Rafael would go hungry! You two have such big hearts you are helping so many people and I for one thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This company receives over 3 million dollars annually and yet has not benefited the city in anyway. In the 30 years of living in this community, I can say with all honesty that they embezzle donations. Do not donate to them. They do not provide the help they pretend they offer on their website. They need to be investigated. This charity is corrupt.

I got my vaccine for covid at Voyager/Carmel House, that is why I was there. I don't often go to the Dining Hall, except for fruit and when I hear about things I love. And I often eat the ham and cheese sandwiches because a lot of people where I live go for breakfast, lunch. And bring back sandwiches and oranges. It's a nice organization and they help so many people, even with covid. God bless St. Vincent De paul Dining Hall and donations.
