I have had the most disappointing experience at Snow White cleaner's. I took my daughters Hollister jacket to get cleaned and a button replaced off of a flannel, and when I spoke to the lady she said it would have a special price for the jacket because it has "leather sleeves" even though it is just pleather and it would cost 28$. I was reluctant at first because that was half of the jackets price originally but I was already in the shop so I said let's just do it. She said it would be one week and when I returned to pick up my garments the lady said it was going to be 95$, I gasped. I asked her why and she said it was now 85$ dollars for the jacket and 8$ plus tax for the flannel. I let her know that if I knew that was the price originally I wouldn't have had the jacket cleaned by them in the first place. I let her know my displeasure and she did not seem to care. this was the worst experience ever. I do not recommend Snow Whites cleaning and I will never go back ever again.

Snow White Cleaners is my go-to for alterations. Hemming /pants shortening mostly - they've also shortened T-shirts for me. Always professional results on time

Avoid this place if you value your clothing! Upon getting home, I noticed the pants I had cleaned still had the existing stain on them (no acknowledgement when I picked them up) plus some small tears on the pant leg that were not there before (and not fixable as it's the cloth). I brought them back, along with the sweatshirt I brought to have the zipper fixed (they charged me for that too, though it was still broken). Lady looked at both and basically couldn't/wouldn't do anything to repair. I asked for money back and she said she couldn't. Pants were part of a suit that i cannot wear anymore and I'll have to go somewhere else to get sweatshirt zipper fixed. DONT GO HERE!! They are thieves!

I have been using this place for over 10 years, for alterations and cleaning. Mrs. White does a great job, and is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable, almost underpriced, but the quality is excellent.

Alisa has done alteratns for me many times. She always does a great job. She delivers at the agreed time. I never felt like I paid to much, fair prices.
