The store manager, Trey, is outstanding! He fixed a problem we had created in a very professional manner, and “spot on” with color. The entire San Rafael store team is very consistent, friendly and helpful. Signs of a great manager.

Sherwin Williams is a few blocks away from my home. I was just happy to go there when we decided to paint the exterior of our house. Everyone there was incredibly helpful. I started with buying a few paint samples. Each one is $10. They are big. About four times as big as the ones at Home Depot. After much discussion with my husband we settled on Sea Salt with Pure White for the trim. The store has everything you might need to paint. They have sales on various types of paint. There is a price point for different grades and types of paint. We were in and out of there often. I enjoyed talking to the staff. The house looks amazing. Thank you Sherwin and!

Trey, the store manager, along with all other employees are super friendly and super patient. Lately, I went to the store frequently. I was well introduced/explained the color choices, different grades for durability and weather resistance. In addition, I was well informed with store pricing promotions. I actually have a really small job to do. Keep up with the good work!!!

Shetwin Williams is the worst paint out there it has failed almost every time I have used it it fades cracks and is not durable the worst paint out there. Garbage! the people that work there do not know anything about painting.

Been here before with great service couple years back..Service here today went like this..Walked in wanting to buy some paint and other items .. were told we would be help in a min. 20 min after didnt get even a look from the guy working here today.Service and people skills here are long gone. Drove 3 minutes down to Benjamin-moor... were helped instantly amongst 3 other customers at the same time.Benjamin Moore will be our new paint supply store.

I work with this shop on a commercial level. And I can absolutely only express what an amazing crew this store has in its response to service. We've had an account with Sherwin Williams for quite some time. However, like most businesses often have more than one vendor they will establish relationships with. Well, it took for an unexpected visit by our Product Sales Rep, Jason Croft to stop in and introduce himself and remind us we had an account. Since our meet, Jason offered himself for the personalized service we required in order to realize what amazing service we have been missing out on. Really, really have been missing out! The store staff are fantastic with product advice and service. And I must add they deliver. The best service everrrrrr! Zack you da' best! Not too many businesses these days that you can call on to place your order over the phone and even expect delivery same day! As well as on line service orders. Sherwin Williams San Rafael is our goto! Highly recommend! Keep up the great products and quality service! Thanks!

My home was painted "years ago" (6+?) by College Works. That's another story. I was/am very pleased with the colors we choose for our exterior paint. Now in doing some updating to the exterior, I have found the need to purchase a couple of gallons to "touch up". I am delighted with the results that I'm getting. The sales associates at the store where able to assist me with matching the paint and the right type of paint to use. Thank you,

Chose paint color with Alex. He wrote it down-thought all is good. Came the next day, two employees on duty clueless said Alex is gone can't find paperwork. Came the next day Alex came to work, he couldn't find the paperwork. I have to start all over again. Extremely poor service lack of an inventory no reason to come here

After a gap of more than 7 years, I had to match a trim color on my house. I'd made my original purchase at this store, but couldn't find my receipt with the color code. Practicing social distancing and masked up - the staff was very helpful. With a little digging, which meant they actually had to go the extra mile and research my paint match with the little info I provided, my color was found, the paint was mixed and I left with everything I needed to get my touch-up job done. I definitely recommend Sherwin-Williams on DuBois, in San Rafael.
