Clean. Newly remodeled. Conveniently placed at the end of West end and the beginning of the miracle mile. There is also. A Loop mini Mart which is also very clean and we'll stocked. Propane is also available here.

The cleanest gas station in the 94901 zip code of San Rafael. The upgrade/remodel is terrific from last time I've been there prior to the upgrade.

It's closed now and never thought to put a review on a gas station but since I see others do , then why not! EVERY SINGLE TIME I went here the men inside were so rude, no matter how kind I tried to be. Just mean , stone cold humans. I can't believe I just allowed that and continued to go back. They are rude , ignore women, arrogant and just cold. I hope when it reopens they put some people in there who aren't so angry ALL the time.

Don't even bother coming here. Debit and credit doesn't work at the pump. The cashier inside is RUDE and racist. So just drive a little further down the road for a different one. Everyone deserves better service than this dump.

Junky, Clunky, Spelunky. This gas station is located right across from one of my favorite breweries, Pond Farm Brewing. This can be a very busy part of town, with lots of traffic, so take care! It can be pretty tight next to the pumps, but today I had no difficulty nabbing a spot. The pump pretty much worked okay, although it paused at one point for seemingly no reason. It prompts you to try to join their Shell loyalty club. If you say no it just sort of sits there. After a while I figured out just to start pumping gas and that was the trick. The pump seems pretty clunky and there's lots of trash everywhere. But on the other hand, it's the cheapest price in town. Same low price for cash or credit. No receipt prints, but I can live with that. PS: I don't really know what "Spelunky" means, but it was the only word that rhymed.

The buttons for Credit or ATM on pump seem damaged and I was unable to press them. Informed cashier. He said it is only working with ATM. I replied; I am telling you so it can be fixed or at least put a sign. He said to use pump 1 for credit. I'm sure he did not comprehend about the broken pump so, I repeated myself. He raised his voice and said "I am just a cashier." I walked out annoyed. So instead of putting up a sign up and informing management that machine buttons are not working, he said happy birthday like a ............. now he will have countless customers annoyed like me.

Pumps often out of service. If you pay with Credit or Debit card, better look elsewhere, the machines often don't work. If you pay cash, be prepared to work with rude, condescending and distracted personnel. The gas here has been shown to be of lower quality. Better seek to get gas elsewhere.

Also the pumps do not provide receipts and the personnel, manager included, refuses to provide receipt. I have been charged incorrectly before and they were unable to help due to no proof of purchase. Sketchy business.

The pump malfunctioned and I asked for help. The attendant Oscar ignored me, then when he came over made derisive, sexist and rude comments to me, and refused to help. When I got upset, he threatened me and called the police. The other attendant Demetrios did not speak any English. I was charged $15 on my credit card for no gas and no one from Shell would give a refund. No one in the City of San Rafael seems to know who owns or manages this station. Avoid at all costs.
