“This place lives up to its name. My own experience, alongside many that I see here online...is that people ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place...and IMO, for VERY good reason.
There is so much I could say in the so many ways that this place and it's staff made me so very comfortable "going with them"...from start to finish. Moves are stressful. And this team made it SO EASY (e.g. stress reduction immediately, from the first call to A Friendly Storage Place).
If you are lucky enough to come across this gem of a business during your time of need for their services...support them! Go with these guys. (But know this...they go above and beyond, to support you better.)”
“I’ve just gone through the first part of the moving process, packing and picking up my belongings and furniture. The process was very smooth, from the time I requested a quote and until the moving crew arrived. I received guidance from Drew and Amy, they responded to my questions and guided me on things I didn’t know about this process. I received an email the day before my move date to confirm the date and to let me know the time when the crew would be arriving. They took care of the parking permit with the city, which was a relief. They posted the parking permit 3 days before the move date. When the moving crew arrived, everything was smooth and straightforward. Enrique, Adam, and Eddy really know what they are doing. They handled all my belongings and furniture with care and made sure everything was properly labeled and arranged to unpack easily. Everything has been transparent and straightforward until now. I’ll see how things go at delivery in the new location but for now everyone I’ve been in contact with has provided the best customer service.”
“The House storage plus staff were super helpful with assisting me on trying to find a unit last minute. I was desperately driving around my U-Haul full of things trying to find a unit for, and, they not only saved me even when they were about to close for the evening, they gave me a discounted promotion rate for the unit I rented as well! Also love the way you use an app to get in and out of the facility/building.

“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

“This place has everything I needed for storage. Clean, secure, well-lit and convenient access. Since it is entirely contained indoors it makes it easy to load and unload no matter what the weather. The manager there is super helpful and very friendly. Plus it has a really cool back area right on a waterway where you can hang out and enjoy the scenery in between trips. Pricing is average..reasonable for the amenities.”

“I think you need to have more people who are able to rent vehicles on the 3 days of the weekend. Friday, Saturday & Sunday I presume are your busiest. While there were plenty of employees (I counted no fewer than 6 in the 45 minutes it took to be helped, even though I’d had a reservation-which seems pointless if it counts for nothing upon arrival.), only one had the ability to work at your 5 stations and help the ever growing line of customers. I felt sorry for him because as much as he was trying his best, he was as obviously being stressed by this situation. Especially having to answer the phone as well. It’s unfortunate because what was otherwise a good experience was marred by the most important piece - positive customer perception and experience. Whoever schedules employee shifts there really needs to do better about having the proper help in the right place and to know when to pull qualified people from other tasks to improve customer flow”

The movers were charming & good humored even in 100 degree heat! After loading boxes & furniture over a two day period, they swept and mopped our former garage floor for the new buyers.
