Enrolled in October 2023, withdrawing in January 2024. We are withdrawing our kids because of concerns over management and mounting red flags. Instead of simply acknowledging our concerns and trying to end the relationship on a positive tone (because certainly we have had good experiences with the teachers and other families) they are threatening to withhold our deposit because it's in the contract. Apparently and unfortunately the administrations performance isn't covered by the contract. Be very cautious. My frustration primarily directed at Arleen and the new office manager Yvonne. Yes Yvonne, parenting is stressful; thanks for acknowledging that. It doesn't excuse mismanagement at your center. Parents seek out childcare that puts them at ease, not elevates their concerns.

I am sorry to say that this is one of the worst preschool settings I have toured! This place is just NOT clean! Toys are dusty.. dirty Xmas tree still standing, and sorry to sound like this, but the Spanish teacher spoke very poor English! Also, children are getting diapers changed immediately next to the eating area.. very messy, not clean and run poorly..

We're now finishing five years at Santa Margarita across two children and have really cherished our time there. They use predominantly outdoor play & education to learn in a unique way, teach the children about ALL holidays, celebrations, dance and music from every culture and the teachers genuinely care about the children. There is a big push to teach them how to be Kind and Respectful, and we see that reflected in our children's behavior, even years after they've left this school. They have three groups to accommodate the different ages/maturity and work closely with parents to meet the needs of each individual child. Highly recommend!

Amazing center with teachers who really love what they do! You can feel the happiness from the children and staff the second you walk through the doors!!!
