They did a great job on my laundry while my washing machine was out of service. Made several trips with different types of laundry. My "laundry by the pound" was beautifully folded, packaged and ready for pickup within the quick turn-around time I requested.

OK, the pries are high for a Montana girl but everything costs a ridiculous amount in Marin County.But the service is amazing - such great people. I think most people bring their favorite laundry products but as a visitor to the area, they used their own detergent. PARK IN THE BACK WHERE THE PARKING GARAGE IS...they have their own parking lot.

I was tasked with finding a place to clean a very dirty and very large lamb's wool rug. The first place I thought of was SR Laundry & Cleaners as I knew they had industrial sized washing machines. It said it was washable. Annie took the rug, spoke with the owner, called me back in a timely manner with cost and risks. And told me the owner personally wanted to wash it. And hang it out to dry for a few days. We were very impressed. The rug looks better than it did when we first got it. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly service with great personal attention; fast turn-around time. The one time I had an issue, it was dealt with courteously and promptly. Have been using this cleaner for years!
