Arrived at 5:40 to find all of the doors & gate locked. Guessing they closed at 5 or 5:30?
I asked an employee if the store was open, she shrugged and said the manager decided to close early. Looking at the other reviews, this appears to be quite the pattern.
I love thrifting and donating, big believer in passing on what you’re no longer using and reducing footprint but can’t recommend this store. Would recommend supporting other charity stores in the area.

Hit or miss. Several times I have walked out with nothing, but today I was lucky: pants shorts t-shirt and button up!

Seems to be a pattern. I came in 25 min before closing and they told me they close in 10 min and that I had to be in line by 5:45 and after I checked out they were already closing the gate 15 minutes before the posted closing time. They probably should just update their hours in this app which claim they are open until 6. Also the store seemed pretty empty of stuff? This used to be my favorite place in town but maybe they are getting ready to shut it down.

REVIEW ON DONATION DROP OFF ONLY: I came by on a Tuesday morning around 9am to drop off some side tables for donation. I came early because I heard that in the past that once they run out of space, you are out of luck in terms of donating. When I got there, not many people were there but a man sitting at the donation site told me that they don't start until 10am (when they open). I noticed on this Tuesday that they also have a food drive happening in the same lot which I can see being a bit problematic because the lot isn't very large so congestion can be an issue. By 930am, there were only a few parking spots left. I don't know if they do a food drive every Tuesday and unsure whether you can call in to check before stopping by. Around 9:45am the man said that I could unload my car and place my items at the donation site. However, when I started unloading my side tables, he said side tables need to be brought to the thrift storefront as the donation side that has all the bins are for clothes and other smaller items. Though I saw someone put in a kids bike and skis inside... so I guess furniture is all at the storefront and other items at the donation bins. I asked if I would be able to bring the side tables to the storefront earlier before 10am since I already got one of them out of my car and he said no they don't allow it. So I attempted to get the side table back into my car but because of the shape and size of my car, I had a refigure how to get it in. He saw me struggling, so he was nice enough to help me get the items out of the car and side I could place it on the side because they had another truck coming in to drop off more empty bins for the donation center. Side note, don't park in the front first spot right by the donation center because you'll end up getting trapped while they unload more bins out of the truck. I originally thought this would be the ideal spot since my items were small side tables and I was carrying them by myself. But now we know, furniture and things like that have to be at the storefront. Overall, I do recommend coming exactly at 10am when it does open if you have items that are easy to get out of the car. There seems to be a lot of people donating at this location even on a Tuesday, so be patient as people start to funnel out of the parking lot.

Recycle instead of tossing out good stuff! Been shopping here for decades. Been able to find many things for my wardrobes, house furnishings, decorative objects, art, kitchen supplies, tools, gardening equipment “, etc. Best place to recycle for reuse of your good condition clothing (clean and in very good immediately wearable condition) and furniture and nice bric a brac to keep them out of landfill.

Tried to call. 12 times in a row. No one answers the phone. Managers mailbox is full. Wanted to check a certain item I have for donation.

Got scolded by extremely unprofessional employees. Went in 30-40 minutes before closing and a lady in NO UNIFORM told us another worker told her the store was closing. We doubted she worked there and went inside. 2 minutes later, another worker very aggressively told us we disrespected that coworker by not listening to her and going in anyways, mind you the door was WIDE open, no closed sign on the door, other shoppers were not being told to leave, and there was absolutely NO OTHER SIGN of it being closed. My group was extremely calm the entire time, we've worked retail, and sympathize with the fact that these workers probably wanted to go home early! Worst thrift store we've ever been in and feel extremely disrespected. Management, its not that hard. Learn what hours of operations mean, what yours are, and require your employees to wear uniform. We will be telling EVERYONE we know to avoid this place!!

We came 30 minutes before closing and the one of the workers (who was not in uniform)was immediately rude to my friends and I and told us to leave. There were no sign saying they were closed and the doors were wide open. We have all worked in retail and understand if the workers want to leave early. However, to get loud and unprofessional over people coming into the store is ridiculous. Shame on you.

Hours of operation are 10 until 6:00. However, they kicked us out of the store at 5:00. I won't be going back

This is the worst Salvation Army store I have ever been to. It is so obvious that they have someone in the back room is also selling on ebay, and picking out all the good housewares, as I almost never see anything of any quality. Other salvation armys and other local thrift shops are so much better. If regular shoppers never find anything of value, they wont return. I shop at trader joes so its on the way, so I have stopped bye dozens of times. Its just sad. its also possible someone is picking out the nicer things to send to another store, or maybe the store has its own ebay dept. this is just for housewares, I cant really judge the clothing dept, and its always got a large stock.

No place to try anything on and they HID the mirrors behind shelves. Charged me twice the price for flip flops because they had a small platform. No returns either.

I enjoy shopping at the store and find the staff friendly and accommodating. I also find some of the negative reviews, bizarre and uninformed. Shoppers seem to be unaware of the cost to do business, especially in this county. Non for profit Thrift Stores are generally run by goodhearted people, and are generally understaffed. The amount of work that staff at nonprofit thrift stores do in a day is generally hard to comprehend for the public who do not work in this arena. The sorters go through an unbelievable amount of items daily. They never have that feeling of "being finished" at the end of the day. The items donated can vary from extremely good to extremely bad. Think of stained underwear, used kitty litter, stained unwashed sheets. Now realize that many of these people sorting through these things are being paid a minimum wage. Maybe 50% of items are acceptable some days. Imagine now that on top of the awful donations, you're expected to meet a requirement of getting them out on the floor in a timely manner. This is very difficult to do and then to be expected to have the item sized and priced? It's unreasonable to do so, and keep the items at a fair price. But yet most stores accomplish just that. Some of the items you find on the floor are going to be over priced, some are going to be under price, and sometimes the price is gonna be spot on! There is literally no time to look up each item and do the research required for pricing purposes each time. Rest assured that if an item is over priced that the profit is going to a good purpose. At nonprofit thrift stores, if you were truly in need and cannot afford the pricing, many stores have vouchers that can be provided if you inquire with the outreach staff. I am in no way affiliated with this Thrift Store. I do not know who runs it, or any of the employees personally. I do have firsthand knowledge of what it requires to run a store this nature, and sometimes shoppers need to consider just that. Be kind in your reviews, if you saw something is being neglected consider that in this day and age, the store is probably shortstaffed, it's not that they don't care. Also, if you are shopping at a nonprofit, I imagine your heart is good too and perhaps you should consider volunteering to help them out. Lend a hand. Before you buy those shoes, figuratively put yourself in the Staff's shoes! Thank them for their hard work and service.
