On 3/18 at around 5:30pm the brown haired brown eyed security guard at the front right entrance of the store was playing with some girlfriend of his and told me "Keep it pushing" when i tried to see which person he seemingly was trying to apprehend. Apparently he just plays with his girlfriend on the job. Reeked of marijuana too.. Managers, use the date and time I provided to find who was working that particular shift at around that time. Black security guard uniform. Brown Hair. brown eyes.

During our last Safeway shopping venture in Idaho Springs, CO, my husband & I had a thoroughly positive experience. I needed to pick up an RX & finally decided it was the day for a flu vaccination. The pharmacist, Jennifer was extremely helpful. I did not need the RX for awhile, she had no problem with me waiting until it was needed. She also looked up an RX I had a concern about as well as providing the necessary paperwork. Jennifer was kind as well as professional. Richard, the deliverer of the vaccination was extremely patient & did everything possible to ease my distress & possible soreness. Matt was about to leave his register as the rush was over, but his light inadvertently left on. Even though his mindset was on his other duties, he checked out our groceries with a winning personality displaying humor & warmth. Donne (sp?) the front end employee, added to the positivity with her kindness & friendliness. Most appreciatively!! Richard & Michelle Chicago Creek Road

My go to grocery store. Having shopping there for many years. Decent prices good service when you need it and has self-checkout so you can be in and out quicker than if it didn't have it. Can get pretty busy but that's because it's good.

10.99 for chicken thighs. Non-organic, not cage-free. I can actually buy heritage chicken at whole foods, pasture raised, organic, for less than Safeway sells their tortured chicken. The ONLY reason I occasionally shop there is because it's the only grocery store open late. If that wasn't the case I would never go in there.

This is a disgusting store! The employees are gross. The deli is filthy and employees have a "so what" attitude. A checker yesterday grossed me out by inhaling his snot over and over while checking me out.
