Folks here are very knowledgeable and helpful, if you know generally what you need.They are a plumbing and heating supply wholesaler serving contractors primarily, but our plumber sent us there to pick some products. They were patient and helpful, even though they're not typically working with retail customers.They have some things on display, but the counter is fairly busy with contractors, so not really a retail shopping destination.

I want to give a shout out to Rubenstein Supply. After visiting several local hardware stores and spending a good deal of time with them fruitlessly trying to track down a toilet that would fit my small space, I pulled up at Rubenstein Supply rather late on a Friday afternoon. George was super efficient honing in on the perfect toilet for me. They had it in stock, and he and sold it to me for a fair price. He made sure I had everything I needed for an easy installation. Thanks!

Chris and his son Bryan run an amazing business. As a plumber, this is my go to spot for everything I need. If they don't have it, they expedite it from one of the other locations in a reasonable time.

Bought a new replacement grohe faucet about a year ago. The faucet failed and these guys couldn't be ruder. Ordered the part and said it would be there next morning - no follow up. Part is now on back order with no eta (had to call them twice to get this information). Said there was no warranty - Grohe site and Grohe customer service confirmed 5 year warranty. Rubenstein's supposed contractor price was 25% higher than full retail. Grohe replaced the part for free. Don't shop here - lazy, rude and liars.
