I liked the pillows and the mirror that I bought, good quality and at an affordable price.
It just doesn't seem to me that there is no sanitary service for the public, because one goes to Ross to spend at least 2 hours shopping.

I recently visited the Ross Dress for Less store in San Rafael and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While shopping, I attempted to use my Trolley (shopping cart) to carry my items to the car, but was stopped by security and told that I wasn't allowed to do so. When I asked why, they simply stated that it was against store policy and that I needed to carry my items instead.
What made things worse was that no one had informed me of this policy beforehand, and I had already loaded my Trolley with items. It was a huge inconvenience to have to unload everything and carry it all to the car myself.
The lack of clear communication and inflexibility from the security team really sucked. I hope the store reconsiders their policy and improves their customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

It has good customer service and everything is organized. The problem is that there are no bathrooms. You have to run to a 4-minute store.

The people here are so rude, terrible customer service. I think they treat me worse than others because I don't speak Spanish, but that's just a guess. I had to return and repurchase an item and the woman almost didn't want to help me because she couldn't fathom why I'd return and rebuy items...I've been there 3 times and every time worse than the last. I won't be back!

We love Ross! Always great deals for the whole family. When we need shoes or clothes or household items, we always visit Ross first.Some days I realize almost all the clothes I'm wearing I bought at Ross.They just have great selection at great prices.
