I love redwood credit union always helping with my banking and loan needs. This specific location in particular needs improvement meaning more space more tellers. With the high demand of people i hope they can expand and get a bigger location to make waiting times shorter.

I am 70 yrs old. I have had experience with many banks in my life but I have never had an experience like Redwood Credit Union. They are excellent in every way! Everything runs smoothly! No problems. No bs-just excellent customer service; easy access to a banker; everything good.

The new San Rafael Branch features an open and more comfortable reception area. There are consulting spaces where members can discuss financial needs from loans and credit cards to wealth management. There are three ATMs with one inside and two on the exterior that are available 24/7.
